Mother of Macros Meal Prep — Restaurant in Sparks

Edit: the owner was expedient in responding to my email and made it right. The meals did finally show though a full hour later than originally quoted over the phone.

Non existent customer service. I have placed multiple orders with this company and this week they did an exceptional job of dropping the ball. I tried to email them when the order failed to show during its usual window and received no response. Had to call multiple times until I got a hold of one of the people that work there and she explained a third route had to be added due to order volume. I tried to explain it was unusual for the order to be so late and that the usual email notifying me of delivery had not been received. She again repeated a third route had to be added so the email didn't go out for that route but they were out delivering until 4 pm. Well to no surprise the order never arrived and they are now closed until 7 am on Monday. (Why they don't stay open for customer service until all local deliveries are made I will never understand) Still no email response. For the price, the customer service should be leaps and...

I randomly heard about M.O.M. on my Macros Inc group. I just got my first box this week. Wow! I'm impressed! Everything has really been delicious so far. I've tried other food services before and the pre made meals are just ok and taste like a grocery frozen meal. These meals are on a completely different level and even though I was initially turned off by them being frozen once heated they taste great and homemade. It's been so nice to be able to have something taste so good and have good dessert items at hand to fit right in with my Macros without effort. I only wish the minimum weekly order of $175 wasn't so high. I'd love to be able to order off the new menu every week but I can't afford that every week...

Alright, I'm on board with this specific meal prep company. The food is delicious and those desserts? UNMATCHED! Things I wish were better: delivery time (about 7-10 day turnaround), more shrimp (it was delicious in the fajita bowl, but I need like 2-3 more), and maybe a brownie with walnuts (nut allergies are real, but if labeled correctly, the nuts in dessert fans would be appreciative). The food and service are amazing and I love that the menu changes weekly, but boy, if I could get them sooner, that would be awesome. Currently, doing MoM and Clean Eatz, which works, but I'd be exclusive otherwise. Keep it up! (Got meals delivered to OK and like 4 things of treats...
