My experience with dream pilots film has been brief, yet surprisingly unpleasant. I'm in the Tahoe Reno area looking for a production studio to help me with a shoot coming up. I set a meeting with Dream pilot, along with many other production companies in town. Dream Pilots was my first of these meetings. One hour before the meeting I called them, because I haven't received a confirmation Of any kind from them. ( No email, no text, no call, nothing. ) When they returned my call Brandon ask me if I set up meeting with other production companies in town. I told him I did ( OrangeTree, Didi Production, exc. ) After hearing that Brandon cancelled our meeting 45 minutes before the fact. Then told me that his company can't compete with them PRICE WISE & QUALITY WISE. Never in my life have I heard a worse business strategy. Not only did he not know my price range, he didn't even know what the shoot was. I don't understand why he admitted defeat before knowing what I wanted, but either way it was very unprofessional & odd. Although I appreciate the honesty, I question why their still in business if they don't believe themselves enough to compete with their competitors. I'll take his advice & give my business to...

HIGHLY recommend Dreampilot Films! I reached out to Brandon during the COVID hype and he worked with our business teams to schedule and take professional headshots and team photos. He and his team took every precaution possible to ensure we were safe and following CDC guidelines. Furthermore, their studio is in a fabulous location, was very clean, and a great layout. Brandon has the patience of a saint and worked with each individual to ensure they were comfortable and loved their photos. He made us feel as though he had all the time in the world and we were his only priority. Lastly, Brandon was fast to respond to all communication requests. I couldn't be happier with our experience at Dreampilot Films and I look forward to doing business with them...

I happened to see a sponsored add of theirs while I was scrolling Facebook one morning. They had a special on their Christmas Mini Sessions. My husband and I weren't happy with our experience elsewhere so we decided to go for it. We got there for our time slot and were welcomed right in. They were very friendly. Had a coffee/hot chocolate bar available. Very professional, personable, and capable. The photographer who did our session said it was his first time photographing a 5 month old and he did great! He captured all of her cute antics and let her be herself. The photos turned out amazing!!! And we will definitely be using them for our family photos...
