Andy's Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Spartanburg

My sister and I love their frozen (soft) custard. We go there at least twice a week. The reason I rated service at only 3 stars 🌟 is for a few reasons as follows: 1) It depends on who you get at the window, depends on their attitude. Some I'd give 10 stars to others... 2) My sister is a Navy Vietnam era veteran. Do you have veterans discount? No 👎. WTH? Her service DESERVES it! By the way, one person did give her a discount. I am the widow of a veteran who died from his service connected disability, but i don't ask for one. 3) The price is NEVER EVER the same. NEVER. I live in Laurens, and for me to drive to Boiling Springs says it all!! Simpsonville is closer, but they have no idea how to make the drinks the same as Ivey and Bella. The service in Boiling Springs is worth it, and the drive to get the drink correctly made. The Yummy latte Espresso drink is to absolutely die for, especially when made correctly. The staff at Simpsonville are good, but do not come close to this location. These girls were trained correctly, they worked for days to get it right before opening. We always just go up to the window and every time we have the amazing Amy take our order. She is incredibly sweet and thoughtful. This time my mom wanted their strawberry sweet tea (which tasted like fresh strawberries) but they didn't have any made so mom just said it's alright and went to sit down and wait for my dad and I. Well Amy was not having that so she got right to making it just for my mom and brought it out saying she couldn't let my mom sit there with nothing. This made her night. I love this place and this just made me a loyal customer. Will definitely choose here over other ice cream...
