Fuddruckers — Restaurant in Spartanburg

They totally screwed me on the private room I reserved a month in advance for 30+ pepple. I called 3 times before jan18th to make sure I had the room and was assured I did . Well, on her bday I called to see if I could come like 10 min early.. a party of 10 people had my room! I could prove the day I reserved it. Some how the manager didn't write down I wanted the room and put me in the side eating area w/2 tables. But when I talked to him I asked for friday first and he said it was reserved, so I asked about Monday and he was "yes...totally open. I'll put you down for 6:30"....well the manager on duty said that Manger must've messed up (I think it was him who took the reservation )....wouldn't give me a discount or anything. Ok so I went to the bakery to get my cookie tray I ordered the day before and guess what????no cookie tray. They had no order for one. But yet the girl asked me when I ordered what kind of cookies. ..I said whatever the kids like. She was good with that. Told me the price and when to get it! The line was out the door and 1 register open, ..out of tea, messy and hardly any fries. ...it sucked. I don't know what changed but the sucks manager did nothing to help. He was a jerk and didn't seem to care that people were out the door! He stopped one lady to take a To-go order on the phone!!! I saw on fb ALOT of people complaining about this fuddruckers. ...bakery not having anything either.. its gone way downhill. Yall need to look into yalls...

I placed the order here. I know it's they're putting the tickets on the food. Also, I spent for regular Burger cheese. It cost extra for $12.75 something like that wayback Boogers . It much more better then this place they only charge $21 and a big burger with the kids Burger which is pretty big and they don't charge extra for the cheese can you get a whole lot of fries? Their food is much tastier. They will use some kind of meat but it sure is awesome. It is real meat. You can tell I go that constantly. I just wanted to try this place out. Fuddruckers this place is way too expensive for what you're getting and doesn't even taste that well. Not very happy with it. Also they ask you how they want your burger and tell them being rare and it comes out the regular way we're just medium well this is the first time it came out to this place. I'm not coming back not for for he cost $31 that you don't handle the kitchen right either on the load. Too much pressure. They start screwing up main thing is they're touching the food with their tickets and they're putting it on the counter. They're very sanitary not...

My husband and I visited this place on March 18th, 2017. Before we could order our food there was a man that came up to us asking for money, a little frightened but we ignored him and placed our order. When our name was called, we picked up our food and the onion rings was cold, the fries on both plates looks as if they were crumbs at the bottom of the fry pan. When you spend$32.00,you expect to have a decent amount of food on your plate. When we went to add condiments, we were limited!! The condiment station was filthy and didn't have barely nothing there. The floor was dirty, it was a horrible experience. I wanted to ask for my money back but the manager was too busy talking outside instead of taking care of the store. I added pictures for references. Before there was a fuddruckers in Taylor's or Duncan this was the only one. This place use to be spectacular when Ms. Bee and the others that cared work there. Now you have a bunch of young people and they don't have that same drive as the older people did and it showed once you walked...
