So I come here a lotttt and spend so much money here. I’ve had to call and let the manager/supervisor know many times that my drink order wasn’t made correctly or the afternoon/evening crew didn’t add what I paid for. So I guess they didn’t like I spoke to the manager and is very dry and doesn’t speak back when I try to be polite. They also gave me a bad drink on purpose. The drink was bitter with no taste, sugar, caramel or anything. Wow didn’t know Starbucks was like this. I’ve tipped so well here and it still never made a difference. Nobody’s purposely trying to complain. I just want what I pay for. People work way too hard for their money for people like you to just give them anything. Horrible. Read moreI was there with my sister about 2 weeks ago. All 3 employees there were nice, & the atmosphere had a welcoming vibe. Unfortunately, both of our drink orders were wrong. They were happy to fix them, & we wished them well.
My sister went there alone a week later and said her order was incorrect again. She had a theory on a specific employee, but they still fixed the drink with no problem. I hope s/he gets it together so there won't be too much loss revenue due to incorrect orders.

Read moreI come here just to say that I come to the Starbucks probably 5 to 6 days out of the week. I know, I know I have a habit, lol but I have never had an issue! The staff are always friendly, and they always write nice little notes on my cup.
