Hot and ready is not exactly the case and if it is ready it's pretty old and barely ready. Ironically when you do order a "fresh" new pizza, that ends up being horrible with all the toppings falling and sliding off . I'm sure it could be due to early dough pressing (sheet out) and leaving the dough with sauce laying around on them way ahead of time so it leads to all toppings falling off,but what do I know I guess.... "Some shortcut", as for the manager Glen,he's not exactly manager material and I take it he rather see the store sink and burn into orders and have a customer wait long periods of time before he decides to "spring into action". All in all I stopped visiting this location and rather take my chances with a store bought pizza from the freezer section. Nonetheless I hope it improves and hope they hire some more energetic smiling faces. The staff looks like they hate every second of their job and the fact that you came to them to get a pizza and that's even on a "slow day"....
Read moreAt one time was my favorite pizza place right around the corner from me but lately they've hired a lot of new people that don't know their products don't know the prices and when you call for items they don't have it in the store. I asked for a simple order of extra pepperoni pizza that usually has lots of pepperoni on it and to add hamburger. I got a pizza that didn't have the number of pepperonis that I'm used to I've ordered here at least twice a week and I asked for a cherry Pepsi to which when I got in the store they just couldn't kind of looked at me like we don't have it. I just think they need to work on training their employees and I guess I will find a different pizza place. Manager wanted to argue with me that it had enough pepperoni on it and the sarcastic person not ringing me up asked 3 times if I wanted to see a standard pepperoni pizza. Like I said I come here twice a week well now I don't,...
Read moreWhat’s the point of the curbside pickup option if the employee answering the phone today (04/17/2023) won’t do their job? I was even parked right up front for easy access and called the store, just for him to tell me I’d have to come inside. I had two sleeping kittens with me, that was the point of me not having to come inside. The first time I picked curbside, the employee said they usually have customers come in but it was no problem taking the order outside. So why tf is it a problem to a different employee??? Don’t come here if you’re handicapped, can’t come in since your pet/child is sleeping in the car, the employee won’t come out for you even though you paid ahead of time. This is such an inconvenience. Sad part is, this is the only location in the city besides driving through I-85, into boiling springs for another location or west side’s terrible, congested...
