First let me start by stating I WAS A LOYAL CUSTOMER to this one particular location for the past 3 years and have many more transactions to prove. Anyways 2 weeks ago my husband drove from Blacksburg there to get my order and when he got back they had given me Diet Pepsi instead of regular so I just poured it out and ate my food. Yesterday he goes and once again drives from Blacksburg with these gas prices and brings the food to my work. When I open the bag, I did not have my extra shrimp sauce or all the fortune cookies I bought for my kid. I called the store and explained this and also brought up the Diet Pepsi and told them I wanted my card refunded for the Pepsi and the shrimp sauce. The man tells me they can’t do anything and I can drive all the way back up there to get my shrimp sauce. I proceed to tell him I will never come back to which he responded that’s ok. So if you really want to spend your money on a service that when it’s wrong they will not correct then go here!!

The kids teriyaki steak, with broccoli & carrots, no shrimp sauce & I always go through drive through because I be on lunch break. Today, 8/20/19, I ordered the same & did the usual, got my food & went back to work to find out that my food was wrong. I immediately called back to the restaurant to inform them that my food was wrong, they had given you chicken, instead of steak. The lady told me to hold the food & bring it back 24 hours later & they would fix me some more food. Not only was my food wrong & I was on lunch break & couldn't go right back. But they expected me to starve, hold food until the next day to take it back so I could get the correct food. Never, I mean never do they have to worry about me patronizing this establishment again. Read moreAt first I was Soooo disappointed in Fuji. I arrived around 9pm at Hillcrest after a 12 hour shift in Asheville, NC and over an hour drive. I watched a few cars pull up after me and leave before me and I am so tired. Then after a few more minutes my food arrives. The presentation was awesome they now have new plastic containers that will not leak. I put the plate on my leg and it was so hot it almost burned my leg but I had waited all week long for this food and I was starving!!! 😋😋 The salmon and shrimp were both perfectly grilled!!! 🥰😍😍 I would love to tip the cook 😊😊.
