Ice cream machine is never working, my orders are always wrong or something is missing and I have to go back to get what I'm missing and then they want to talk to me like I'm lying and don't want to give me what I've paid for, just because other people want to lie and try to get stuff for free doesn't mean I'm trying to do it, I just want what I've ordered and want it to actually be made right and everything actually being in the bag and not to be treated like I've stolen something or trying to steal it when all I'm trying to do is get what I've ordered and paid for the first time instead of getting treated like a liar or a thief when I'm not either one of those and don't deserve to be done the way they want to treat me and look down their nose at me like they're better than everyone and NOBODY on this Earth has any right what so ever at all to judge me because we all were made by the same God and we'll all have to go and be judged by the same Creator and the last time I checked God don't work at McDonald's!!!!!!! I told the manager about all the issues I had with the employees being rude and disrespectful and me missing food and the burgers not being made right she told me she'd fix it and I literally watched her way of "fixing it" was to wipe the Mayo off the bread and chicken and put the sandwich back together, when I made it VERY clear there could be ABSOLUTELY NO MAYO because he allergic to it and couldn't breathe if he ate even a speck of it but she didn't care obviously because there was Mayo still on the bread, lettuce, and the damn chicken, she still wrapped it back up and said it's fixed put it back in the bag and walked off, so if want a horrible experience and your food messed up and a chance to not breathe and die because they don't care what do ever at all about their customers, their health or well being which is really messed up... Never again will I waste my hard earned money to this ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A RESTAURANT!!!! YOU WANT THE CRAPPIEST SERVICE AND MOST HORRIBLE "MEAL'" KNOWN TO MAN THIS IS...
Read moreThis McDonald's has just finished with a complete renovation. Old McDonald's was torn down and this new one was built in it's place. I decided to swing by for breakfast before I headed back to church and it ended up taking 20 min to get my food. The line of cars in front of me was about 9 so it was fairly busy but the service was so slow that it took me 15 min to get from the ordering screen to the pay window when there was now only 6 cars in front of me. I finally get the pay window and I tell the cashier that I have Apple Pay and he informs me that they don't accept Apple Pay. What?! I don't go to McDonald's very often, maybe twice a month, but every McDonald's I've been to accepts Apple Pay. This a brand new McDonald's and you're telling me the one I've been to that is like 10 years old accepts Apple Pay but you don't? So I pull out my debit card and he brings out a keypad and tells me I need to enter my PIN. Since when do you have to put your PIN number in at a drive thru? That is the first time I've ever had to do that. Finally I get to the window to get my food and the lady hands me the bag and my coffee. I place the coffee in my cupholder and begin to drive out of the parking lot and hit a bump and the coffee begins to spill everywhere. The lid hadn't been secured on the coffee cup! The coffee wasn't hot, just lukewarm, which in one sense was good since it didn't burn me and the other sense it was bad because I don't want lukewarm coffee to drink. Thankfully the food was perfectly fine but not a good experience at all with a brand new McDonald's. I will probably go back at some point in the future since it's so close to my church but they've got to get a lot of things fixed in...
Read moreWent to this McDonaldâs after church today got there at 1p. Took FOREVER for someone to acknowledge that I was there to pick up an order that was placed in the app. It was not a friendly experience at all. There was a young man working on the line making the food, as he was making sandwiches he was also eating chicken nuggets and putting them in his mouth while making and wrapping sandwiches that were going out to customers. I also seen the same young man grab meat right off the grill and put on a sandwich again as he was eating chicken nuggets. Younger tall black guy, with tattoos on his arms. Not one person I seen had a name badge on. There was elderly people in the lobby that needed help taking their orders and was trying to ask questions but since McDonaldâs made the âwonderfulâ decision to separate the front counter from the rest of the employees you couldnât get someone over there to assist you with an order much less acknowledge you were even there. Also to get a refill you have to ask someone to get it for you because there are no fountain drinks in the lobby anymore and when getting a refill you stand there forever before youâre even recognized. Iâve been an assistant store manager at 3 McDonaldâs and I would NEVER allow my employees to do what Iâve seen today at all! Itâs a shame that this is what McDonaldâs has come to not the family fast food restaurant it once was. You would think when you come to an establishment and spend close to $50 in total you would get better service, heâll really any service really because no service was given at all they just completed an order number and thatâs it! McDonaldâs should be ashamed as a whole for how things are going in their...
