Placed an online order at 2 and it's 525 and still yet to have a pizza....when I called to talk to the manager, the lady puts me on hold and comes back ten mins later to tell me "THE MANAGER WENT OUTSIDE TO SMOKE AND SAID TO GIVE HER A SEC" wow, talk about rude....I was on hold for so long that I hung up and called back and said I needed to speak to her now and the lady puts the phone down and I can hear her hitting the window to telling her I was on the phone, then she gets back on and says hold please....few mins go back she gets back on phone and said "SORRY SWEETIE SHES COUNTING MONEY RIGHT NOW AND SHE SAID GIVE HER A MIN".....what y'all don't know is, I been trying to talk to this manager since 3 when I placed my order at 2 to find out what's going on and why it wasn't here yet....finally I called back and said I needed to speak to manager and now! Upon waiting I found out that the managers name was Julie so finally she gets on the phone and I tell her "HI JULIE IM RECORDING THIS CONVERSATION GOR YOUR STUPIDITY AND WAS JUST CURIOUS TO KNOW IF YOUR SMOKE WAS GOOD OH AND IF ITS MORE IMPORTANT THAN YOUR JOB?" I waited in silence and nothing was being said, it was so quite that I literally hear the oven cooking the pizzas....I said hello and then she hung up....LONG STORY SHORT, THIS PLACE IS A JOKEAND SPECIALLY THE MANAGEMENT..... BUT THE FIRST GUY ANDREW AND THE SECOND LADY KALEY, I GOTTA GIVE A BIG THANKS TO THEM BECAUSE THEY MADE IT FOR ME AND GOT IT DONE.... ORDER FROM SOME WHERE ELSE PLEASE AND WHEN YOU CALL TO MAKE A ORDER MAKE SURE YOU TELL THEM YOU DON'T WANT JULIE...
Read moreOrder from this location pretty frequently. Service has always been hit or miss. Sometimes you get incredible staff other times idk what swamp some of the crew comes from. Last couple of experiences have been awful. On top of that they've now just raised the minimum delivery order charge from $10 to $13! So I now have to pay $20 for a regular medium 2 topping pizza because you charge $3.00 to deliver?!?!? No thanks.
To give an example of just one of the many terrible experiences: I had placed an order online to be picked up at 6:45 pm after I got off work. When I arrived a woman came to the pick up window and immediately had a nasty attitude and attempted to scold me. She tried to tell me that I placed my order for 3:45 pm pick up and that it had been sitting there for hours -direct quote - "getting nasty". Let's start with first things first: I am an adult. Idk who you think you are to try and scold anyone about anything. Much less a patron. Second of all: if I just randomly ordered a pizza that had been left sitting in your establishment there none of your lazy staff bothered to call me to find out why I hadn't come to get it. Third of all: I pointed out to her (by this time enraged) that if perhaps she had learned how to tell time she would have made my order correctly at the right time. Only then did the imbecile bother to check that I had in fact placed the order for the correct time and realize her mistake. Her tune changed considerably.

Read moreThis location is the worse location in the city. The manager on staff around 9:45p.m. on 2/24/2018 was rude and disrespectful. She had the nerve to answer the phone with an attitude. I placed an order online 2 hours before calling the location to find out what was going on. The manager answered the phone and immediately said they weren't taking orders. I proceed to tell her that I placed an order online 2 hours ago and need to know what's going on with it. She then proceeds to say that we tell customers that they need to contact us first before placing online orders. I told her that if that's the case, they need to state that on their site or take the site down so customers can't place online orders. I told her how would customers know this! She proceeds to raise her voice and I tell her not to raise her voice at me. She then says, "Well, you're raising your voice at me." I told her, you're correct because you had a nasty attitude when you answered the phone and you're not try to fix the issue. She goes on talking loud and crazy. I told her that if she doesn't want to work in customer service and if she can't talk to customers with decency, she needs to find another job. This location always has issues. Last time we ordered from there, the driver claimed he couldn't find our address so we never got the order. We literally live off Crawsfordville Road. The same damn street it's located on. ...
