Donatos Pizza — Restaurant in Speedway

I stopped at the Speedway Donatos on Crawfordsville Rd tonight to pick up a pizza that we showed ready only to get there and be the 6th car in line!! They let a car sit at the window for over 15mins while everyone else sat behind them😔 I decided to call in I asked to speak to the Manager I was told he was busy but the guy asked would I mind holding I said sure..Mgr finally got on clearly with a attitude I asked him why not have that person pull to a spot and see if the next persons order was ready instead of making the entire line wait behind him only makes sense to keep the backed up line flowing!! He then told me with force I could either wait or leave and slammed down the phone in my ear!!! Now I am highly upset I called back and asked for his name but the guy clearly did not want to give it to me so I said fine I would see when I got to the window.. When I got to the window I was met by a rude young man who I told order name and got pizza before asking him was he the person who just hung up on me he said No!! I said well it was the Mgr go get him please he then says he is the Mgr!! And I said why would you hang up what I said makes perfect sense he then said well that was not a option Ma'am slammed the window in my face and walked away I then laid on the horn but he NEVER RETURNED!! I will never support this store again horrible service from a little jerk..I called back to get his name and found his name was Dave and the other Mgr who was off duty was Johnathon and to put the icing on the cake the pizza was freezing and was no longer fresh seeing that we were in line over 25mins I am highly upset he needs to be fired he is awful and so was the service I run a business and would NEVER HANG UP ON A CUSTOMER AS THEY EXPRESS CONCERN OR A COMPLAINT!! I have been ordering from this Donatos since they opened. 19Jul25 I ordered a pizza. Was promised it by 5:58p. Checked email and had an email that pizza left the building(email timestamped 20mins ago). I waited a little longer(20 or so mor mins).Called the store and Lisa answered the phone, I was explaining my situation and she instantly became defensive and told me to stop yelling. Im not even upset yet. I told her im not yelling she is on speaker phone. She proceeded to say "we dont even have an order by your last name". I asked to speak to manager, she said she is the manager. I asked her why was she treating me so rudely and I'm just inquiring about my pizza delivery. She said I'm going to let you speak to someone else. A gentleman got on the phone and while we were talking driver came in. He questioned driver about pizza and he said that no one answered and he left on table by plants. Come to find out that was not my house he left pizza at. Man on phone did not apologize or anything and just said we will make and redeliver. When delivery driver came he dropped my pizza off and I told him he may want to get that other pizza off the other porch and we watched him get it. This level of service is unacceptable. First of all I wouldn’t even give a 1 star for the Speedway Indiana location. I don’t order here often as I personally don’t care for their pizza but my husband likes it ever now and then. Today I ordered a large pepperoni and sausage pizza 12 buffalo boneless wings a hot chicken sandwich and two 2 liters. First I had no idea the used DoorDash as their delivery drivers as it’s not listed when ordering online. Second I didn’t get the correct sandwich I ended up getting what appeared to be letting cheese tomato and very very little amount of grilled chicken smothered in ranch I had to put some of the wings on it to make it the sandwich I ordered. Third I didn’t get my 2 liters. When I called a man answered hatefully and just said hold no hello nothing. The a lady answered and I explained what happened and she put me on hold and then another lady answered and I had to repeat my issue. All I want is a credit back to my card for the sodas and was told they can’t an then was told o would have to wait for the GM to process it and he won’t be in until the next day and they can’t provide his/her name or the time they will be in.
