I Remember Visiting Here Awhile Back When Passing Through Speedway Indiana.

This WC Is Located Within The Speedway Center.

I've Only Been Here Twice When I Was In Town.

First Time Visiting Was In The Drive Thru Section. Waited 10 Mins For Cold Sliders That Were Left Sat Out After Cooked.

They Get Stingy About A Request For A Refund Of Their Kibble Food.

My Second Time Visiting Was A 2nd Chance Visit.

My BF&I Decided To Dine In.

Worser Than The Previous Visit,The Fish Sliders Were Warmed Up Passed Off As Fresh Yet They Were Raw.

Wasn't Very Satisfied With The Outcome Of Our Meal.

Before Leaving My BF Had To Use The Restroom,The Door Was Locked.

We Had To Sit&Wait. We Thought It Was Normal.

Y'All Know How It Is During The Time Of Public Restroom Usage At Restaurant's.

Because With The Door Being Locked We Thought A Customer Was In There.

We Didn't Mind Waiting..

In Which We Thought Would Have Been A Short Wait

Almost 23 Mins Later A Guy Left The Restroom&The Cafe

So After The Guy Left,My BF Headed For The Restroom As He Approached The Door

Just As He Was About To Enter So He Could Use The Restroom After Waiting All That Time...

The Door Opened&A Young Lady That Was Adjusting Her Blouse,Basically Wasn't Really Watching Where She Was Going&Bumped Into Him As She Left The Restroom.

She Told Him She Was Sorry For Bumping Into Him As She Walked Away,Approached 3 People That Allowed Her To Sit With Them. I Geuss They Knew Her Or Something??

I Dunno..It Was Abit Odd..

After This Happening He Decided Against Usage Of Their Restroom.

We Left Drove Nearby To A Restroom Elsewhere.

🤔Hmm..

Since When Did WC Cafe's Allow 2 People In A Public Restroom At The Same Time With The Door Locked?

It's Illegal.

That's Breaking Solo Public Restroom Usage Rules That Restaurant's Have.

I'll Credit WC's Dining Room Area Because It's Decently Large Sized&Spacious With Fair Seating Seçtion's For All Of Their Customer's.

But Sadly To Say It Has Questionable Cleaning Job Issue's 😕

I Think They Need To Make Some Improvement Changes.

A Better Staff Team&Learn How To Actually Serve Their Customer's FRESH Food.

Has Dirty Looking Table's. Dirty Sticky Floors,Etc.

The Rude Staff Corrupts The Entire Atmosphere Here.

A Waste Of Gas Visiting Here True Fact.

Yes today is August the 2nd 2021 I just visit White castles at on crawfordsville road in Indianapolis and speedway and I had a number two with extra pickles and I ordered the extra double cheeseburger with extra pickles and I asked them for onion chips and so the manager came up to me that they take my order and I told her yes and so I told her I didn't see the onion chips drop so she come back to me after she talked to her associate which was the cook and she said there was no onion chips and this was about maybe 5:15 5:30 and there was a big old McLean's truck out in the parking lot delivering all of her frozen foods and she told me she didn't have any onion chips she did not even offer the cancellation or offer me any complimentary items to say well my truck just got in on anything and may I offer you a complimentary on your ship on your next visiting anything she just told me she was out now to do it and they told me that they were out of onion chips and the truck had just delivered their Frozen products and the manager just brushed me off as if she was not going to go in the back to check to see if there was any there and the man was putting up there Frozen products I think this is a disgrace to the company and the store itself because she was lazy and wasn't going to try to serve me no onion chips today but I will be calling the district and to come office tomorrow and let them know that that store was totally disrespectful to me...

The food was normal but the whole experience killed everything. We waiting in drive-thru for 20 minutes to place the order. They are allowing 2 orders in and won’t accept any other orders until 1 car leaves the drive thru. They have a consistent 2 orders only they will work on. Not sure if they are short staffed, lazy, or just at mental capacity to make some food but the team here would be fired from any other chain restaurant. Whomever the general manager is, they should be removed from their position to run a store in this manner and be so consistent on that process day in and day out. I typically don’t leave reviews, but this is beyond unacceptable or being behind the 8ball. Like I would love for this to hit the paper that the GM lost his job due to lack of effort.
