Queen Nail — Local services in Speedway

If I could give this place negative one star I would.

Here’s a perfect depiction of my time there. I waited for an hour and a half, past my appointment time. Was not greeted. Was not asked about any appointment or even a simple hello. When I got seated finally; she started to take off my dip nails. I asked her what she was doing and she kept grabbing me to the point it hurt. I told her I didn’t want to be touched and she kept grabbing me. I then asked her why she couldn’t do dip and she said that they need to soak off the entire dip before putting on new dip. I’ve I ever heard of soaking off the entire nail each time… that’s terrible for your nails. I then told her that I usually get a dip fill and she told me she had no idea what a dip fill was and told me she needs to redo the entire nail over.

I asked her why I was not greeted and why I waited an hour past my appointment time to be seated. She showed me an empty calendar book and said I had no appointment. (I called about an hour before). When I explained I called she said that she was not the one to take it so it wasn’t their fault. I explained someone did and she said well I didn’t it doesn’t matter.

It was also one of the truly dirtiest salons I’ve been to.

I’ve never been touched so volatile and aggressively. Her name was LISA.

I promise you that it will be worth the wait to go somewhere else. This was like a dirty factory that doesn’t care about customers. Please please please...

This was the only place still open Sunday so I was glad about that AT FIRST the pedicure was great the woman took her time and did a great job I was disappointed when they sent me to someone else for my fill in but that's normal. I always get mood polish because it is no chip so when the lady gave me a ombré gel polish I asked her(the lady who I assume was the owner) was she sure it was mood she stated yes while the lady who was doin my nails shook her head no n said it's just gel they spoke in Chinese and she continued but I still decided to switch because my sister had the same thing happen with ombré it doesn't change colors so I chose instead a bottle that showed a purple that turned white my toes were white. When she started painting I noticed it was a darker color then what was on the bottle and when put in the nochip thing it turned blue they both tried to tell me it would turn white but like I said this is all I get so I know better they tried to blame it on the company😒😐 anyway I picked another color and after confirming it was actually what the bottle stated do you know they had the nerve to paint ON TOP of the other polish it was the most hideous thing I saw I made them take it all off and put the second color I still was not satisfied but after 3 hours I was...

I don’t think I’ll ever waste my money here again!!!! All I wanted was a pedicure and I feel like I could have done my own and it would have came out better! If I could give 0 stars I would!

Mistake #1 The lady who did my pedi pulled a pedi pac out of the sanitizer machine… to me that means they are clean…. She started to pick old glue or acrylic off the cuticle nipper

Mistake #2 I had to constantly asked her to remove the hang nails off my toes!!! The whole point a pedicure is to attend to the toes and feet

Mistake #3 Two chairs down from me, this lady was not happy about the polish job that was done on her…. She asked for the polish to be fixed and the lady doing her pedi went off on her telling her how many coat of polish she put on and she wasn’t going to put any more on there. Idk what she was saying in for native tongue… I’m sure It wasn’t nice cause all the employees started laughing!!!!!

Mistake #4 By this time I was just ready to go! She did a horrible job getting the dead skin off!!! The toe nails are uneven and the polish on my toes is lumpy! Go to pay for my service which I was told was $50…..this pedi wasn’t even worth $25…. I never waste my money here again…. And...
