I love this place, there is always something new everytime I visit. I prefer the store in Avon, it's much better. Staff here has always been friendly and helpful. Shelves are always stocked for the most part. Great prices overall and great selection, some stuff is alittle high for what it is. They have small 5 dollar items on up to higher dollar items. The store is clean and organized for the most part, could be better. Alot of times they are stocking during prime shopping times and there can be boxes etc in the isle ways etc. Shelves could be a bit more organized. Isles are very small and the store is alittle congested. A nice place to shop overall. However, I'd say refrain from ordering pick up bcus it takes forever for it to be fulfilled. By the time it's ready, you could've went to the store and just got it yourself. The self checkout lanes are never open, not sure why they...
Read moreI was bringing a bag of stuff back: digital scale (says I’m 120 after adjusting the scale), 2 different mini mixer cups that didn’t work to make my protein shakes, foot roller that was extremely hard on my feet, and some wrist weights. This girl (who I’m found out after asking for a manager.. is the actual manager),was being extremely rude and giving me an attitude about every single thing I brought back. Mind you this was my first time ever being in 5 below so you get what you pay for, and I will never be back especially at this store, but she needs to be demoted or fired for poor customer service. I’m 46 years old and have never been treated like this or had any one explain with such sarcasm each item I was returning. Do better five below. Zero starts for this employee/manager. I’m also doing reviews on all areas I can leave bad reviews. This was just unnecessary for the way I...
Read more98% positive that the cashier stole my wallet. I bought an item with cash, I remember putting the change in my wallet and walking out the door with my bag. I realized i left my wallet on the counter, came back, they said No wallet was left. I searched the baskets, the parking lot, tore my car apart looking with no luck. I went back into the store to leave my name and number in case it turns up. The cashier pretended to scribble something down while mumbling something about "it's not my problem." By then I was in tears. I'm not sure how a human with a conscious could be so cold and rude. I'm hoping I'm wrong, but i distinctly remember leaving it on the counter after zipping it up. Either way, Karma...
