Absolutely horrendous. One lady stalls the line for over 20 minutes for a return because she wants her refund on her card and not a voucher and the employees don't know how... Sees long line of people waiting, but the employee at the second cashier booth abandons his position and decides to prioritize helping the other cashier when he, evidently after 10 minutes of back and forth, didn't know how either. Didn't make any sense to say the least. However, by far this is the Ross with the highest stock quantity for Men's clothing and shoes, though shoes are always tossed around the floor, off the shelves, creased and dirty, but guess that's what happens in the high traffic of Crawfordsville. Busiest of the Ross stores, so I'd think they'd hire more...

My daughter and I ordered the tepenyaki grill dinner for scallops, shrimp, lobster tail and filet mignon. It was Horrible! The lobster, shrimp and steak were so over cooked we couldn't eat it. I was even asking the chef while he was cooking in front of us to stop and take them off the grill, that they were cooking too long but I don't think he could understand English. I went and talked to the manager and complained. On a 62.95 dinner he gave us 20.00 off the bill. It was inedible so that really upset me. We were a table of 5 and the bill came to $250.00. I will never go back there ever again. So beware if you don't eat your food rubbery, it's not at all worth it! On a positive note, the sushi was very good! ...

Lets start by. I'm an X Truck driver that has delivered to many of your stores down south! And today my 1st time in the New one in Indianapolis In in Speedway was the WORST EVER!! TINY STORE! NOT ENOUGH EMPLOYEES OR 2 I SEEN HANGING CLOTHES AND ON THEIR CELL PHONE. (Earbuds) While Poor Ms.Tobi had to check people out! And do customer service too Helping a Gentleman that was told he had to get in line for help at the jewelry counter😒😒 so when he was done. And Ms. Tobi came back I let him in front of me.
