The service was fine. The two staff members let us look at the flavors and mull over our decision as long as we wanted. They didn't offer any tastes or anything, and they didn't seem very knowledgeable about the flavors either. The ice cream was extremely disappointing. We tried 4 flavors at over 8 dollars a pint. The ice cream in the prepacked pints was old and had freezer burn. The ice cream sugars had separated into the gritty texture. The fresh packed pints were nothing to write home about. The ice cream is phenomenal, and they have an amazing selection of flavors. I got caramel ginger snap ice cream with pecans and whipped cream on top, and it did not disappoint! The only thing I was disappointed about was that there weren’t a lot of fresh fruit options as far as toppings were concerned. I didn’t expect health food at an ice cream place, but I do like berries on my ice cream. Aside from the lack of fruit, though, the topping selection was very good, and the prices seemed reasonable for the high quality of the ice cream. Variety flavours available, there are few award winning ice cream flavours which tastes like heaven. You try samples offered by staff, nicest staff in the house, that beautiful smile on their face while serving is all we need. This &$@! Just got serious flavour is amazingly delicious 🤤 🤩 and brownie cascade is also wow as well, I have added mango boba on top which are love.
