Carl's Jr. — Restaurant in Spokane Valley

I would just like to say I went to the Carl's Jr on Sprague out in Spokane valley on April 4th 2022 and it was actually very dirty for one not to mention there was four workers there were two people with headphones on working the tills and there was one guy prepping hamburgers and sandwiches and there was another guy who was working the friars the only employee that was wearing gloves was the person making sandwiches when I went in I ordered the gold digger chicken sandwich meal medium size and I was waiting for my food and as I was waiting I watched the fry cook constantly palming the french fries and whatever other food he was cooking coming out of the fryer and putting it up under the heat lamp to me that was pretty gross because for one he was not wearing gloves and for two he kept wiping his hands on his clothing and then he was using his cell phone not once did he wash his hands the person who was making the sandwiches, he was the only one wearing gloves and I even watched him change his gloves during the time I was there the lady who was working at the time kept complaining about how many orders were on the screen and was sighing when talking to customers in the Drive-Thru the floors were gross it had some white powder was all over nobody could even pick up a broom to clean it when I finally got my food I threw my French fries away there was no way in hell I was going to put that in my mouth the drink I drank and the sandwich I ate but I do have to say the sandwich did suck totally not worth the money you're better off getting the cheaper chicken sandwich instead of the expensive gold digger meal but that is beside the point I'm just trying to say that this restaurant was disgusting the service sucked and the people were not very clean in my opinion I probably will call the...

This location is a shambles. The drive through has a huge pothole with broken car parts laying next to it that you cannot avoid because the drive is too narrow. I order off the drive through menu which has a big 1/3 lb Guacamole Bacon Angus Burger Combo listed. With ONE car ahead of me I wait 15 minutes for them to make that single sack 2 beverage order for them, then it's my turn and the girl asks, "did you want 1/3 lb or 1/2 pound?". I said "I'll take whatever the cook cooked" and she leaves the window and comes back and I say, "the cook didn't cook anything yet?" and she says "no". So, I left. And I now have a very sour taste in my mouth when I think about the Guacamole Bacon Angus Burger Combo that I used to love. LISTEN TO ME CARLS JR : the menu says 1/3 lb. You cant SEE any other option on the menu from that distance and at that angle. If you are going to use WEASEL WORDS and TINY FONTS that you can not even see, then you should expect problems with it. And if there IS a 1/2 lb option, it should be on a different line AND in the same sized font as the 1/3. I do not blame the tiny little new girl working in there, apparently all by herself for not asking about YOUR OWN MENU ITEM at order time. I blame janky Carls Jr weasel marketing for this. I am NOT returning to this store until marketing AND labor shortages are sorted out in this place. PRO TIP : people do not quit bad jobs....they quit...
