Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Spokane Valley

This is the worst order I’ve ever had from Jack-in-the-Box. My elderly mom took me and my daughter out to dinner paid with it on her Social Security. She doesn’t get to eat out much so it was her treat. We go through the drive-through and all of our food is absolutely terrible.burgers were like they had been sitting for hrs .. Not to mention that the so-called night manager that took our order sounded like she’s been on drugs for the last three hours out of it. She was rude she didn’t do what we asked for and she didn’t even know what it was that we were getting she asked me what number it was on the menu and she’s supposed to be a manager..she crumbled up the bags and Smashed the food. Asked for few more ketchups she hands me a put 10 more and drops half in the ground and says oops and close window. we’ve always loved this Jack in the box for good service and the good foods ….and this is literally the worst food we’ve ever gotten and the worst service. I really hope that they replace whoever it is that helped us because she is horrible and completely incompetent. Such a bummer because we love this store and their food. 45 dollars later and the worst service...

If I could rate Jack in the box #8442 located at 2205 N Argonne Rd in Spokane Valley, WA Zero stars I would, this location has on going rude employees working there, and today was enough to write a review. I did a mobile order, carry out opens at 6am, here it was after 6:30 and the front door was locked, I knocked on the door, and no answer, I went around where I saw someone near the drive up window so I knocked on the drive in window, the employee was very rude, and when she unlocked the front door, and I went inside to pick up my order, she continued to be very rude and said "what can I do for you" in a very rude voice, I said im picking up my mobile order and she responded "we are still working on it" and when it was ready she was just tossing my order in a bag and sat it up on the mobile order rack and walked away as if I wasnt standing there waiting to pick it up. Not my first bad experience at this location. The employees should filter their conversations when there is customers in the restaurant that can hear their conversations that really isnt work appropriate and around where customers can hear. I wont be returning to this...

April 29, 2025 8:00 pm. I'm a regular customer at the Argonne location and usually visit once per week for the last year and order the same sandwich every time. This day a morbidly obese female employee greeted me with just a distant stare, no greeting at all. I asked her why no greeting and she said "she was busy". The sandwich I ordered was a sloppy mess, no where near the normal sandwich I'm used to. I asked for a new sandwich or money back, the rudest person (Manager maybe) replied the sandwich is normal and would not provide a new one. The employees don't wear name tags or I would post there names.

This Argonne location due to the RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL customer service will never see an other nickel from me ever again......

Other reviews revealed at the Argonne location the same thing, crappy customer service and rude employees. Obviously management...
