6/17/25 UPDATE: Their customer service has skyrocketed, the girls are very professional and do their best to communicate well, they have gotten some new workers who are so nice, converse and really give exceptional service! ♡ Their coffee here is AMAZING- they have white coffee, heavy whipping cream, honey, and GREAT prices!! My 12oz iced tri-shot (two white one reg) with heavy whip and honey is $4.75 leaves me lots of room to tip them ♡ I miss them so much when I'm out of town and this coffee stand will forever hold a place in my heart! I've watched them grow so much! Great points system as well!! -This is a great coffee place, but the girls could really use some hospitality training or customer service help. I come regularly and they seem very frustrated and almost annoyed when you have a specific coffee which doesn't make the buyer feel very good. I come regularly almost daily but it just seems like the girls are always upset. Very short with me, never really talks to me like no "how are you" I've never gotten into any confrontation or anything, I think it's litterally who they are as people. Good coffee not the best service. To add: I tip pretty good if the girls are social and talk to me alittle, but for a 6.50$ 16oz coffee I'm not just gonna tip to be side eyed, and felt judged & rushed to leave for no reason. I avoid coming when busy so that isn't a factor and I've come for years and love the points system and the owner when she's there, good coffee. Not the best...
Read moreI ordered a 32oz white angel with caramel sauce added, 4 shots, and hot. For some reason the barista had an issue with making my coffee extra sweet. Coffee this size ends up tasting like nothing but hot milk so I ALWAYS order it extra sweet and have no problem whatsoever paying for the extra flavor. I also have never had a barista be so rude about it or argue with me on whether or not its sweet enough. I thought her job was to make it the way the customer asks, especially since they are the ones paying for it!!!! I also tip $5 just in case its a hassle, I try to be fair! I feel a $5 tip is very reasonable for one cup of coffee!! So to treat me the way she did and talk to me the way she did and look at me the way she did was absolutely ridiculous!!!! No worries though, I will not be back to that stand. I don’t enjoy dirty looks, arguments, and nasty hot milk at 6 in the morning. So if you want your coffee done a certain way, I highly recommend that you don’t go to the window where the older lady is (Im guessing 40-45)Shes the one with the long blonde hair who works on the side thats facing Broadway not Mullan. You cant miss her, she will be the one rolling her eyes and telling customers what they are allowed to add to their coffee! Definitely wont be back!!!! Im a small business owner and I would not be happy with an employee chasing...
Read moreWe have been going here for around 10 years and are hard-core fans. They are my top recommendation for coffee and so much more! The baristas are so amazing and kind and have that magic touch! Everything is soooo good. My family gets excited any time I offer to go.
The kids love the blue raspberry redbull Italian soda and the lavender pink lotus.
After drinking regular coffee for several years, I suddenly developed an extreme reaction to drinking it. I was so lost and upset because... coffee... One of the amazing baristas recommended I try white coffee, which is less acidic but has more caffeine. IT WORKED! It took a while to adjust because it's slightly earthier but it's perfection! My absolute favorite go-to is iced white coffee with POWDERED white chocolate. (There's a massive taste difference between powdered and liquid chocolate so it's important to ask.) Those 2 ingredients make finding my favorite coffee really challenging and those I have found just don't have the magic touch you get at Java.
I've been to over 30 coffee shops in Seattle looking for white coffee and they all looked at me like I was crazy. LOL the "coffee capitol." Java Jump has exceptionally better options than Seattle.
We will always be...
