Starbucks — Restaurant in Spokane Valley

I come here all the time and I always tip! I'd feel really weird or rude if I didn't, nothing agaisnt people that dont tip as much. But today I came in around 3:30pm, a blonde girl took my order. I didnt realize I didnt have enough for a tip today, so unfortunately I didn't leave one. When she saw this she kind of gave me a smirk, which left me feeling uncomfortable. Then I go to sit down and i end up waiting 15-20 minutes and there are no drinks for me.. I go up to the counter to see where my drinks could be (maybe they forgot?) and they were sitting behind the counter on a ledge.. coincidence? I'm not sure.. it was very slow today when I went in. I just know unfortunately I will not be coming back to this...

They get the order wrong literally every time we go there. We asked for 2 caramel macchiatos with light ice - plain and simple - and they gave us just one java chip frapp. Like what the hell? Not even close! Then when we corrected them, they gave us the worst macchiatos we've ever had and charged us for extra caramel drizzle. She even admitted she made them fast so they might be really bland, which is why they tasted like sweet caramel vanilla milk. I really hope they retrain their staff because they seem really young and easily frazzled when busy. That, or they just don't care to listen. Their old staff was wonderful and since we often frequent this location, it's disappointing that we now have to avoid...

Even though this place is basically in my back yard, I have given them more than enough bussiness.. how hard would it be to order a tea sand have it made correctly..????? with the classic not cane????? So thinking ill go to green tea...hard because of the lighting but this gem.... wasn't even brewed correctly..i asked the barrista why is it so light?? So she takes it,pours out the tea and pours in from the same exact container of tea and had poured from and gave it to me...is that better she asked????ummm no..its still light.. so I left when to airway hts Starbucks and got the proper tea.. yes I paid for a 2nd.. wasn't worth the hassel to ask for another at Broadway.. just wont go again.. better...
