Baskin Robbins itself (the chain) is fine and their prices are more reasonable than Coldstone, but in the future I'm going to Coldstone. Went to BR for my daughter's birthday. There were 10 of us including a 2-year old. My husband ordered first because him and my son were leaving before the rest of us. There was a lady working (35-55 age range) and a younger teenage girl. I'm assuming the older lady was maybe the manager or franchise owner as the teenager looked really nervous around her. The older lady was onery and rude. She intimidated my husband to the point where he felt like he couldn't leave insisting that he had to pay after he clearly told her I was paying for the whole group. She then went into drill sergeant mode, after each order saying "is that it" repeatedly like we were annoying her with so many orders (after I had already told her the whole group was together). She was so short with everyone, the poor teenager working had her shoulders stiff and drawn up as if to protect herself from the harshness. As we were eating and visiting, the 2-year old ran away from my daughter. The older worker stopped as he came near her dramatically acting like he was causing a huge issue for her and rolled her eyes. There was no one else in the shop at the time and my daughter grabbed him 10 seconds into his run. She was clearly having a bad day. She made it clear that our fun festive visit to get ice cream was completely...
Read more★★★★★ a minute ago Went to Baskin Robbins to celebrate my daughter's accomplishment. Rene helped us. I ordered a scoop of peanut butter and chocolate. Sat down to enjoy my ice cream and get a bite of peanut butter with my chocolate but there was no peanut butter to be found. I literally dug through the whole scoop. My husband kindly brought it back up and asked if she would add some peanut butter. Instead of apologizing and just giving me another $2 scoop of ice cream she decided to argue with him. She brought him over to the container and showed him that she scooped some of the peanut butter "ribbon" into my scoop. My husband very politely said, "feel free to dig through the scoop. There is not peanut butter in here." To which she replied very rudely, "well it must have got ground up." Ummm, no, there was NO peanut butter in there. I only had taken one bite. She did not offer me a new scoop or a different flavor so my husband had to ask. She rolled her eyes and scooped me a dish of reese's peanut butter cup and then literally slammed it on the counter. No apology, nothing. Our family usually goes here twice a month but not anymore. Time to move to The Scoop where employees are nice and care about their customers. Too bad that an employee ruined it and the business owner is the one to suffer. I see that someone had a similar experience 9 months ago on...
Read moreWon't be coming back to this place. Ordered online got to the store where they had 2 employees. Not one can give me my order but there was me and 1 other customer. While I am waiting I see one of the employees lick his fingers not once but twice. Gross. Then another person came in and got their online order before me even though mine was sitting there the whole time. I was ignoring the whole time. My order had been ready ready the whole 15 mins I had to wait. My order was wrong when we got home. We ordered strawberry cheesecake and cookie dough but got 2 strawberry cheesecake. Not only that they were completely thawed out. We got flavored milk. Employee also bragged about how their coolers were not working and they had big puddles of water everywhere and that they were giving people melted ice cream. Why have your store open if your machines are not working and your ice cream melted. Has to be a code violation. I will not be...
