Bruchi's — Restaurant in Spokane

Bruchi's has consistently been disappointing in worse ways every time I have ordered from them. Reading the reviews on here makes me hope that it's just this specific location. The fries were just a mushy bag of potatoes. The burger I ordered from this location was soggy and yet somehow overcooked and dry. There was hardly any sauce or toppings on it, and the fact that they have a "Pint" of ice cream on the menu which is roughly half full feels like a freaking scam. If I knew I would be getting roughly three scoops of ice cream for $8, I wouldn't have bothered. Now I'm angry and all I can do is post this review because they don't ever bother answering their phones, either.

I ordered my sandwich without onions or peppers. It had both. I told the girl and she said they would remake it. The manager came out super pissy and defensive. I repeated what I wanted numerous times. When she brought it back, it was obvious that they just opened the sandwich and pulled off the green peppers. When I said there wasn't supposed to be onions, the manager basically told me I was wrong and then I had to sit there and pick out the onions.
