The management at this location as seemed to changed and it was not for the better. The new manager Jolyn she said her name was at this location is on her phone constantly rude to the girls working rude to the customers. Over all I am very disappointed in the change that has happened. Not only has there been new management it seems all your best employees have left shortly after the old manager left. I come in every day so I know my girls they always have my drink ready and made right not anymore though. There are very few familiar faces left and those who are arenât the best. There is a pregnant girl who is still there and very delightful but she will also be leaving soon not to return which I donât blame her with such a rude condescending new manager. I miss my morning girls stormy Mikki Erin and Nicole they were all so great and it has really gone down hill with out them I am happy to hear they are on doing better things now rather then putting up with such a lazy person. I waited in line for 5min so I came inside and the manager was on her phone texting and joking around with another girl with glasses and reddish hair sheâs been there forever but I donât remember her name she was rude to. I always get a 24oz blended snickers extra caramel and chocolate in the cup and lately they never ask if I want whip cream and the manager jolyn said they no longer ask I have to ask for it.. that doesnât seem right to me give the customer what they want especially since I always get whip cream and drizzle.    Read moreOk so I saw the bad reviews for this stand and I really wanted to give them a 5 star but I can't quite do that. First of all I came in on Sunday morning around 630am and there was no customers there, which was nice. But I'll come back to that. The barista was polite and made the drink quickly and I paid and everything was great. It was the second day of hoopfest and also my wife's birthday. All she asked for was coffee. So I went and got ice, water, and breakfast for the kids and drove back to our hotel. By the time I got home I had coffee spilled on our new leather seats because the coffee lid was leaking. Not because it wasn't on tight but because there was coffee all up in under the lid. I opened it, used McDonald's napkins to clean the mess and put the lid back on. By the time I got to the room the cup was leaking again--same problem. So the coffee tasted great and she was happy with it but the cup thing was just ridiculous. If you're in the coffee stand business you gotta have the right stuff to make a good product, and leaky cups or lids that are flimsy and don't fit right.. sorry that ain't cutting it. I noticed that one of your other customers edited there comment after someon else had complained just as I am I have pictures of before and after for this one lady, Zoey. I donât believe you should ask your customers for a Shout out and then ask them to change it so it doesnât say you asked for a shout out. And some of these 5 star comments you can tell the crew or there friends clearly made them.
