I was driving around this morning looking for a breakfast place, I love breakfast.

Driving up Arthur I remembered this place where I had purchased bread before and I decided to grab coffee and breakfast.

I bought Breakfast Sandy with prosciutto and the smell on the drive back was Calling me.

When I got home I opened the box and it was a beautiful presentation that somehow survived the ride back. When I took a bite out of a sandy i felt like time stopped and I suspended in a blissful explosion of flavor.

We don't live in Spokane but stopped in for some sandwiches on the way out of town and now I can't wait to go back! Great service and delicious food. Nice selection of artisan breads, sandwiches, and really good looking treats. We even scored some house made granola which wasn't on the menu. Seriously, this place is so good...so good...so good.
