We ordered a pizza from this this location about a month ago. My friend and I put in a 14 hour day and we did not get off work until 7:30. So, my fiancé went to his house and met with his wife and decided to order two pizza's and two 2 liters of soda ready by the time we got home.
Well, the delivery driver brought our pizza's but not our sodas. He told us he would run back and grab the soda. We waited for about 45 minutes and he never returned. So, now we were left with 2 cold pizza's and nothing to drink.
My friend and I drove down to the Domino's on Mission and found our delivery person in the back behind the counter flirting with the girl at the register. We told them that we were not happy because the driver said he was going to get our drink and never returned leaving us with a cold pizza. We told the girl at the register our problem and she apologized and offered to put 2 free medium pizzas on our account.
About a month later we called to order the 2 free pizzas that the girl was suppose to put on our account for my friends daughters birthday party. We spoke with Allysa who also happens to be the assistant manager of the that store. She told us that it was impossible for that girl to have put the free pizzas on our account since they forgot our drinks. The customer service we received over the phone was not something we would have expected.
My friend and I then went into the store to try and get this resolved. When the walked in we noticed Allysa hunched over the counter texting on her phone. My friend then asked her how her day was and her reply was "fabulous". He then told her he was about to make it not so fabulous and then she told us that her day actually was not going well because some low lives were trying to get 2 free pizzas. My friend told her that those people were our fiance's. She then stated that there was no way her employee would have given us free pizza. My friend then asked for the managers name and number which she refused to give us. She then asked us to leave her store as we were turning around to leave she made a very unprofessional comment and said "your pathetic". My friend turned around and asked her what it was she just said and she said it again. He walked up to the counter and asked her again and she repeated it a 3rd time.
We left the store and stood outside and called their corporate office to complain about the service of their assistant manager. The lady at the corporate office told him that they were placing a level 1 emergency call to the franchise owner of that store and we should be getting a call back. It has been about 2 weeks and still no call from any manager or store owner to try to resolve the issue.

Checked on our order after seeing the neighbors get a dominos delivery(wife tried to flag the driver down but he sped off in a rush) to have the person who answered the phone tell us that he was pretty sure that the driver did not deliver our food to the neighbor, and to wait and call back if our order didn't show up. As you can guess, we were a bit hungry already. So we waited a bit longer, and the wife checked the dominos tracker to see that keegan (our driver) had arrived back at the store. This was a surprise, as we had not had our food delivered. So my wife calls back and tells them we didn't have food still and our driver had arrived back at the store. They weren't sure yet, so they had to ask Keegan(loving the customer service). After finding out that he HAD in fact delivered our food and not to us, their best move for the excessive delay and annoyance was "we can make it again and send it out, it'll be about 30 minutes". Not, "let's make that brookie free" or "how about a coupon for a free pizza for your trouble" or even "can we throw you a 2 liter for the delay". Hell, how about "we can give you 5 bucks back on your 50 dollar order"? Instead we got a girl who found it humorous, and some dude who basically implied we were lying. 1 star is too many after that. Did i happen to probably cuss once or twice toward the end? Yeah. Because they gave my flippin food to someone else and laughed about it. Betcha i NEVER order from this...
Read moreI would give a 0 star if it were able. This store just was extremely unprofessional and did not care. I had ordered a large order of food (10 pizzas and a few sides) for a party for a specific time. I had put in my order before the store even opened for the day and needed the food by 3:45pm. I headed to the store and got there by 3:40. Once I at the store I inquired about my order and was told my order was just being made due to other orders coming in recently. I did not receive the order until 4:15 and made it very difficult due to needing it at a very specific time. There response was, "oh well. Sorry". What is the point of creating an order in advance if newer orders will take priority? Also, what is the point of ordering in advance if they don't follow the order time? They offered nothing to ameliorate their mess up and gave me not even cut pizzas due to them being in a hurry. Also a few of the items on the order weren't even the correct toppings.
I will definitely NEVER be going to this domino's again. And honestly it just further shows to me how this chain doesn't really have good "deals" and is becoming more like pizza hut in my opinion. Which is to say not...
