I like to go to Jacobs Java stands because the coffee is strong… Well today after getting my coffee all was well until I got to the top of the Monroe street hill and went to take a drink and there was a hole in the bottom of the cup that sprayed coffee all over the interior of my car. I typically go to your Sullivan location because it's down the road from my work but this one is close to my home and just looks so cute I've wanted to try it! Thanks for being so friendly, helpful, AND convenient with your...
