Went in 9/14/2025 Today and me and my girlfriend got slightly greeted and looked like 3 teenagers just bullshitting not making it feel welcome at all. There was one guy blondish brown hair that was working hard cutting food and prepping stuff. He asked a girl working dark hair to make the sandwich. She had to of been training cause she didn’t say one word to us and when we told her what we wanted on it she looked at other two guys and they just stared at her like no one knew what they were doing. We asked for lettuce, tomato, pickles, mayo. Salt pepper and “some oil and vinegar” She put a ton of lettuce on it which wasn’t really complaining just surprised. She started touching and playing with her hair with the gloves that she’s grabbing our food with. When she got to the oil and vinegar she flipped the bottle upside down just went to town!!!! Splashed it with both, about 6-8 times puddling it around our sandwich. I stopped her and asked politely if we could have it remade with a lot less oil and vinager. Then one of the guys that were there looked at her then looked at us and said. “Well we’re supposed to do that much it’s only 2 oz” 😂 I said that was about 8 oz of both and the sandwich is soaked and soggy so all they did was not remake the sandwich. Took lettuce and tomato off and put new lettuce and tomato back on. Refused to make a new sandwich. We payed for it. Opened it and took one bite and bread was just moosh. So we had to toss it. It was both of ours most uncomfortable and rude experience at any...
Read moreOn 1/22, I placed an online order at about 6:45 pm and when I got home, I found it was made incorrectly.
Frustrated, I called the store and they offered to re-make it for me. I had to drive all the way back (about 7 or 8 miles). They did remake it and I got home and it was delicious.
First and most importantly, I’d like to commend the young man with curly reddish hair working on his ability to handle conflict resolution. He apologized and offered a solution immediately. That’s a good employee and he should be recognized for his professionalism.
Second, whoever is making the online orders really, really, really needs to read all of the customization on the order. I can’t express how frustrating it is to order something a certain way and have it be completely inedible (mayo when I requested no mayo) once I got home and saw it.
So overall not the best experience, but, as someone who worked at a famous yellow and green sandwich shop for many years in its heyday and really likes Jersey Mike’s, it was nice to see the young man working use the opportunity to flex his ability to solve problems to the customer’s satisfaction in a way that was quick, efficient, and...
Read moreI came in on a Sunday evening - two employees made my reluctant long road trip way more bearable with the delicious club combo. This Jersey Mike’s actually toasts your bread. I know—groundbreaking stuff, but if you’ve been to other locations, you understand why this deserves a standing ovation.
I walked in expecting the usual: cold bread with a shrug. But nope—they offered to toast it without me even asking. I nearly cried. The sandwich came out warm, crisp on the edges, and everything melted together like it was made with love (and a functioning toaster).
And the service? Way above par. The team was friendly, fast, and actually seemed like they enjoyed being there—which, honestly, made me enjoy being there too.
If you’re tired of sad subs and robotic service, this location is a refreshing reminder that the sandwich gods are still watching. I left full, happy, and mildly emotional.
Five stars. Extra points for the...
