Had to get my oil changed so i walked over with my little girls to get some lunch. This was on wednesday around noon. The girl working took my order, 2 mcchickens with mayo, 2 cheesburgers, 1 mcdouble, 1 large fry. I paid cash and waited a while with only one person ahead of me which isnt a huge deal, however by the time we got our food my car was already done. So again, took a while. She hands over the food and theres a large drink. I said "this isnt my order i didnt order a drink" she argued that yes i did.. Then said she'd refund me. Im wondering how she possibly heard "large coke" in my order but whatever. She tells me to put my card in for the refund and i said i paid cash. For some reason she seemed bothered that i wanted cash back for a cash transaction.. As if i was inconveniencing her somehow? Then i checked the food and saw the large fry was missing. She says "oh that must have been the mistake i thought you said large coke" ..not sure how that could be misheard but again. Whatever. The biggest problem i had was i was super nice the whole time and she was very snappy with me and when she handed over the large fry i said "thank you! Sorry for the trouble!" She just looked and me and walked off angrily! I dont understand what i did to make her be so rude towards me it was her mistake. And i could have thrown an even bigger fit that the food was ice cold even the fries she had just handed over but i let it go. These people want $15 an hour.....
Read moreThis McDonalds is great during the weekdays, but it's horrible on the weekends. I drive for UberEats and I have noticed a huge difference on the weekends such that I will cancel orders if I come here and there is an excessive wait. Which during the weekends is always the case. As I have said to many organizations, if you cannot support your lobby and your drive through you should shut down your drive-through. Why? If your labor can't suppor the lobby, it likey when you double-load your drive-through that experience is going to suck for the customer too!
All you guys have is your customer service, your food is expensive and not high quality, so if the efficiency is taking a hit as well, it's only a matter of time before you start losing customers. Maybe you get enough that you don't care, but being able to increase your customer-base or at leat keep the customers happy you already have is paramount to your success!

Well the coffee was not stirred, I sat there and tested it and explained that it is not stirred and asked her to please stir it, she refused and comminced to barking and yelling insults at me ans my 7 year old daughter!! It was a manager and her employee, said thats not our job mfer and god knows what else she said as we drove off!! Unbelievable and rude and WE WILL NEVER GO BACK! usually it is an okder woman who is so sweet and kind and accomodating but she was not there this day and the young manager they had working has no business working with customers she used us as target practice this day!
