Was very disapointed with my visit to this gamestop. I did find most of what I wanted and everything works properly. The used accesories were not easily found and they are not organized well. The staff was friendly enough. My biggest complaint is I went to purchase a used game "Resident Evil Operation Raccoon City" and all were marked $17.88 but when I went to purchase it was over $30. They just said it must have been labeled wrong but they all were labeled that. they told me thanks for letting them know they all were labeled wrong but did not offer to give me the game for the price they had it labeled at. I was using a buy 2 used items get 1 free and the game was supposed to be my free item so I had to pick somethig else. It is very disapointing to see one price and then it charges you almost double at the register. This is the second visit that this has happened to me at this location. I didn't worry about it the 1st time because it was only a 3 or 4 dollar difference but i believe this is a re-occuring problem here. One of the associates said the prices were wrong on their used play and charge kits because they said $20 and he said the new ones were $20. Anyway I will probably not return to this store because they don't even honor the price they put on the merchandise. Really I don't even know why they thanked me cause its not like they gave me the game at the price that was marked...just be aware when you go to the register with what you think your gonna pay if...

Gamestop's website was out of stock on a product and the employee wouldnt match the value of the website even though the website is stocked through all the locations? Thats fine, but one of the "managers" at this shadle location wouldnt explain things to me without acting as if I'm suppose to know? Poor marketing for the website, poor training for "managers", poor customer service especially if the manager is taking things personally when I'm frustrated that gamestop isnt being consistent with their sales. Read moreHorrendous experience. Called ahead to see if they had a game available to play while my wife is sick and the guy said excitedly "Yes we one!" I ask if if it was used or new and he then confirmed it was new. Made sure he can hold it for me while I drive over which would be 15-20 minutes of course I got a yes. Get there they guy says with his phone in his hand "oh I tried to call you back to tell you it was bought by this girl last week (pointing at the girl cashier next to him)" Then why is it still there? no way. I respond shocked with "what? how rude?" and she said in the most disgusted tone " how is that rude?" Can't say I want to ever shop at Gamestop again, long time customer. Waste of...
