Lets be honest here folks. Walmart sells cheap Chinese stuff, not quality stuff. They pay a nickle for it and sell for much more. They could drop prices much more than they do now, based on the bad quality of their stuff. Another issue with Walmart. They think every customer is ripping them off. At checkout, their employees watch you like your going to take things. They have so many useless cameras and don't be surprised if your followed by fake customers working for them. I hate to feel unrelaxed while shopping, they make me feel kind of defensive with their paranoia. They have made customers feel like they have to show receipts on the way out, which is wrong and terrible to do to customers. Walmart use to be a decent place to purchase lower priced products, but now they only offer low quality items. Made in China is written on everything. Lately they have had the Police by the front doors and I would like to know if they are paying their wages or are we. These police could be out doing their jobs instead of sitting in Walmart all day long. They also have 2 vehicles out of service because of this. Walmart's tactics are right at the limit of the laws in the state. In my opinion, I don't think customers are stealing, I think their own employees are the main ones doing the shoplifting. They need to redo their tactics and to make it a more relaxed place to buy. Stop standing next to us at the self checkout lines too. One more thing to add, stop moving your stuff around to confuse the customers. This is the most ridiculous thing to do. Who wants to hang out in Walmart looking for things you need, but you keep moving them to screw us up. Gawd, that tactic went out years ago and now your just being...
Read moreMan if I could get rid of one walmart in town it would be this one. The employees are worthless. I came in looking for specific vacuum online said they had 8 in stock. I go to the location it shows on the website. Definitely not the right isle. So I ask an associate. She walked me over and I ask her do you have this item is says you have 8 in stock. I show her the area is should be and tell her none of the item model numbers match anything they have on display. She then says "well i dont know". I ask her can't you check your scanner is says you have 8 online and thay they could be ordered for pickup but I'd rather just get it myself. She then says again im not sure I know nothing about this area and then walks away. So Instead of waiting around I go to the customer service desk. And ask the same questions only for the guy Tyler look it up and to say I'm sorry I don't know anything about that area maybe someone is working back there. So I go back find an older blonde lady. Pretty close to area. I say excuse me I have a question. I ask her the same thing. She told me "I don't know anything about vacuums", to which I reply okay is there a way you can look it u", She then cuts me off and says very rudely "I don't work in that department I work on hardware". She did not mention once that she couldn't help because of that. I know customer service is hard but helping a customer shouldn't be difficult. Not once did anyone offer to see if they could find an associate who works in that department. Managers yall need to do better and train your employees how to talk to customers. I'm never rude to anyone. After this I won't be back to this walmart forsure. I see why everything is switching to...
Read moreI never ever rate places but this is the WORST walmart I've ever been to. Not only does it have the weirdest layout of all Wal-Marts but the employees there are some of the worst. We spent the past hour looking for ONE SINGLE ITEM we asked 4 DIFFERENT employees each one of them sent us to the opposite side of the store. First we asked a gentleman in the electronics and he was the only one to give a straight answer. His answer and I quote " I'm sorry bro I have no clue where that could be at". I said " okay man no problem" so we went to the next employee in the paint section. He then told us " go check arts and crafts" then proceeded to turn around and walk into the back. So we went on the wild goose chase to the arts and crafts section. Item wasn't there. We then saw some employees pass us and we asked them. They both told us to go to the hardware section which we already checked so we go and check it again. Too our surprise still no item. If an item is not in stock or not available it is not hard at all to say we do not have said item. I've worked retail a good bit and every time a customer asked me where an item is they got the answer right there. If I did not know where said item was I asked if they could either wait right there for a couple seconds to find said item or I will tell them that item will be held at the register for them so they can shop while I grab said item. If I could put 0...
