If I could give negative stars I would. Friday 2/25/2022 I placed an order at 5:04PM online and paid via debit card for the Shadle location: 2225 W Wellesley Ave Unit 101 Spokane, WA 99205. I was emailed immediately with a confirmation order number and an ETA of 51-61mins I made my first call at 6:27pm and was told "it's coming out of the oven right now and will be delivered within 15 to 20 mins." I'm only a 6 min drive from the establishment. My next phone call was made at 7:33pm (1 hour and 6 mins after the first call and 2 hours 29 mins after the order was placed and paid for online) I was told by an associate name Daylon who identified themselves as "one of the managers" that he found my order but it had not been made because they were "out of pan pizza dough" and contributed their lack of competence to "computer problems" and being "super busy" I told him I still wanted my pizza to which he offered to make it on different dough I accepted and he said "I will personally be making this pizza and ensuring it is delivered immediately." Well as you can only imagine to no surprise I made my THIRD and final call at 8:59pm a whole 4 HOURS after initially placing my order, I spoke to a gentleman named Lance who apologized for everything and ensured he cancelled my order and issued a refund since I had paid online. They don't even have people that speak English. I asked to speak to the store, and somebody that speaks English and they hung up on me. The person I was speaking to was from India. I could hardly understand her. What a joke for being an American company that claims to care about Americans. They don't even have a local number. It goes to a call network in India.

BRENDAN was an amazing associate. He made me y entire experience better and helped me through through the simple process of order my pizza. This evening, we tried to place an order online, and the site kept crashing, so we finally got it ordered with the app. We set it for delivery and paid the tip. Over 45 minutes later we got an email saying it was ready for pick up. We tried calling the store multiple times, and the system hung up every time. The automated line would even call back and hang up. Finally we just went down to the store to find out what was going on. The employees were all clueless, said it was the system, and gave us our food. When we got home and looked, it was obvious the food had been under the heaters for a while.
