I walked in about a half hour before closing there was actually only about a 10 min. Wait so that's the plus side, the experience there was kinda surprising because that was one of there busiest time of the month and Tuesday is always there special any Large pizza $10 so here it is I'm looking for a 🍕 at $10 on the 4th day of the month on Tuesday and guess what they ran out of large size dough so i either leave or spend a few bucks more and so I did but my reason for this complaint is they know that it's always the busiest time of month and Tuesday how are they not going to over stock if i only came in with what I was expecting to pay and drove a few miles to find out that I couldn't buy a pizza or at least get it at the price they advertise it's not my fault they didn't prepare for this but it was only 3 dollars More and they wouldn't answer there phone if I'd known ahead of time then wouldn't have had to drive so it's busy i understand but it's a business and I'm trying to call so tried 5 times within 10 minutes still no answer why there open I know that much I'm not too desapointed but knowing ahead of time would have saved me from making the trip I'm going to rate at 4 🌟 but they should know what to prepare for they go through...
Read moreOrdered pizza from this location on 10/31. I knew they'd be busy so I placed a take out order first thing in the morning to be picked up at 5pm. Got to the store location at 5:15pm and was advised the food was not ready but they'd make it right away. At 5:30pm I checked with the employee again who stated they'd make it right away. At 5:45pm the employee stated they still hadn't started to make the order. Numerous customer came and went while I was waiting for the order. After waiting 50 minutes past the pick up time I had to leave without ever getting the pizza that was already paid for. Dylan provided the worst customer service I've ever experienced. He was rude, and couldn't care less when I asked for a refund. He turned his back while I was speaking to him and started a conversation with someone else. The next day we called and asked them to refund the money as we never received any food. They stated the refund was processed but may take a few days. Over a week later there was still no refund so we called again. The employee stated the refund was never processed but he would process it right away and again may take a few days. It is now 12/8 and we have yet to get a refund. We're out $40, pizza and a quality customer...

Having frequented the one on Division, where the service is notably better, the contrast was stark. The cleanliness standards were not up to par, and the staff's demeanor was unwelcoming. Throughout my visit, I observed employees engaging in gossip rather than attending to customers, which was unprofessional. Most importantly, I felt mistreated and believe I experienced discrimination, which is absolutely unacceptable. Most concerning, however, was the unacceptable quality of the food; discovering mold on my pizza is a clear indication of negligence and a disregard for food safety standards. This, coupled with what I believe was discriminatory treatment, suggests a profound need for management to address these serious issues.
