Uoni Bubble Tea — Restaurant in Spokane

Great spot to grab some refreshing, unique boba! My favorite is the Uoni Star, but their normal milk tea boba is great too. Love their dessert taiyaki options as well, the Oreo cheesecake is my top pick.

Addressing the bad reviews. Wow ... I'm shocked at the karens posting on here. They seem like entitled haters who have never had a service job before, love demonizing self-expression, and have zero grace for people or businesses having a busy grand opening. You literally go to a grand opening knowing there will be a line and slower service, because they are learning & figuring it out. These reviewers have zero authority in my book.

Uoni has nothing but good vibes at this spot and deserves more business from good people. They have delicious products, great service, and chill music - what more can you ask for! I don't know about you, but I like to support local businesses and would love to see more delicious food options like this in Spokane.

The only downsides are that they are a little hidden away; I love myself some boba and haven't heard of this place until semi-recently when some friends told me about them. And their parking lot is a bit small, but everything else...

I didn’t know why I expected any different. It’s on a university campus. The employees are probably attendees of said university and in typical gen z fashion don’t have a lick of customer service running through their veins. They literally gave the order that was 2 orders after ours out first because they said something to one of the workers(seemed displeased they had to wait so long).

The ambiance is terrible. Music choice is terrible. Speed of service is horrible. Quality of products…not impressive. I visited with my family of 7 and we all got an item and nothing was impressive. It was ok, not for the price though.

There are much better places to go for bubble tea that are worth driving out of the way.

Definitely not coming back here and don’t recommend...

Dangerous...you could drink yourself into a frenzied Nirvana. I said it... frenzy and Nirvana together.... their drinks are so good they could incite riots or cause a state of utter bliss. Such great variety! Staff are very accommodating and every drink from butterfly pea blue tea based drinks to coffee , jasmine and black tea drinks are all creative and delicious. We are working our way through the whole menu. Thank you for opening this wonderful spot with variety that is hard or impossible to find in this area!!! Love the alternative milk choices and the ube foam ....
