Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Spring Hill

This store is an absolute joke!!! I could not be more unsatisfied! Please note that this order was placed on a random Tuesday with zero special events and a 35-45 minute delivery eta. I check the online tracker and it says that my food was checked at 12:15. Come 12:54 it had still not even left the store. I call the store to be told that they are running at a 2 1/2 hr wait time and ordering online is “only a place holder”. Whether this is standard policy or not - HOW CAN A BUSINESS EXPECT TO KEEP SUSTAINABLE BUSINESS WHEN THEY CANT EFFECTIVELY MANAGE A CUSTOMERS EXPECTATIONS? I do, however, wish this was the first time that something like this had happened. This is the THIRD time that I’ve waited 2 hours OR just had to cancel all together due to inconsistent service and god awful communication. The pizza here is hit or miss but that’s to be expected with a chain. However the service constantly being an issue is beyond acceptable and I will scream this from the rooftops... go pick it up or order from Marcos. The papa johns in Spring Hill is ALSO garbage for the same reason! Service! Maybe pay a bit more for quality employees and you will gain/keep...

Ok, so I want a Memphis BBQ pizza with tripple chicken. I place my order online. Next I get a call about 20 mins later from Dominos saying they are very sorry but they are out of chicken. Ok, I want your specialty pizza. This pizza cost extra. So now I have to take the specialty pizza with no chicken, which is a major part of a "chicken BBQ" pizza. So Its a little late to cancel all together because its getting late and I expected my pizza. I tell them go ahead and just send what you got. I kinda just assumed they would lower the price or even just make it free being it was not my fault. So I get my pizza and pay full price. Today I call to order another pizza. I speak with the manager and explained what happened last time. I always order triple chicken, so I don't see why they would think i would want no chicken on my chicken BBQ. She says oh it would have been the same price anyway. No, because I would have not ordered it to start with if you didn't have chicken. Anyway after a short conversation and no resolution I told them I guess I will be ordering papa johns...

Worst delivery experience I have ever had with this location. Driver just tossed my pizza on my front porch and hurried back to his car not even acknowledging me when I open my door. He didn’t even bother to ring the doorbell and let me at least receive the pizza I ordered. Pizza box was in front of my door so I had to carefully open it to avoid knocking it off into my landscaping. Called the store manager to find out why my delivery was treated this way and he obviously didn’t care that much either. This used to be a good store location and I’ve ordered from there for years. Apparently they don’t have any care about how they treat their customers so this will be the last time I ever order from this location. I cannot trust that my food will be treated with any respect, it was half cold when I received it.
