Tonight my family and I wanted to get some pizza & we happen to park right in front of Jets pizza where we had a perfect view of where the pizza is being made. We were able to watch the girl who was making ours and we noticed she was making our pizza without any gloves on while the man who was beside her making another order had GLOVES ON. We then did not want our pizza anymore. I walked inside to speak with the man who had gloves on and told him we didn’t want our pizza anymore , he asked me why and I explained to him what we saw. His response was “gloves are not a requirement, they are optional” I personally have never heard of anymore making a dish that requires you to touch it without gloves! The man then also said “plus the oven where the pizzas are being made are at 400° so all the germs / bacteria is being taken away”! We will never return to this pizzeria again. GLOVES SHOULD ALWAYA BE A REQUIREMENT...

Called and ordered based off their website advertised deals for that store. Told them on the phone the deal coupon price. Drove down there and they wanted to charge me $30+ it was supposed to be $8. I will never go there again. They wasted 45 min of my time and were rude about it. The manager walked off like it didn't even matter. They dont honor their advertised deals for this store. Other stores do. This is the worst Jets ever. Been to many locations this one has lousy food and service.
Last time I ate there the food was sloppy most of my toppings were in the box and undercooked. This location lost my $$$$. Better off with Little Ceasars in...

On multiple occasions I have attempted to place an order, but the phone just keeps ringing, despite it being open. Tonight I called and someone picked up but immediately hung up. Then I called again several times, but no answer. Finally called one more time and someone picked up, but they said they weren't taking orders but "if you're still hungry in 45 minutes you can try calling back". So I can't place an order even though it's open? Overall it's literally the worst customer service at this store, and Jet's has the best pizza, which is a huge bummer. Guess I'll be finding a new favorite...
