I understand mistakes happen but when there are so many it's clearly not isolated. Absolutely Shoddy service and product quality. Not the Marcos quality I experience from up North. The GM or owner if a franchise should be ashamed as they fall far below quality.
I ordered and was charged for dbl cheese on our cheese bread. 1/4 of the bread didn't have ANY cheese. They gave us a piece of dough with only just a little bit of pizza cheese sprinkled on 3/4 of it..... And then charged me for double cheese and a complete product. We had to add some butter, more cheese, and cook it so to eat it and that defeats the purpose of take out.
I also ordered a medium thin crust with white sauce, cheddar cheese, and garlic + parm toppers. It was marked so on the receipt so they got the order correctly. What I received was pretty much a dry cracker with melted pizza cheese and barely any cheddar. If white sauce was used it wasn't much because there wasn't a hint of neither a whiff or taste of garlic. And, again -- dry as heck which doesn't happen when the white garlic sauce is ordered.
I called and after two extensive wait times I was told I could come back and get it replaced. It didn't matter that doing so would had added another 35 -40 minutes on to my day. I had to ask if they would simply credit me for the extra cheese I didn't receive .... The answer was yes BUT followed by quickly hanging up on me. I'm guessing it's not very likely I will be made whole as she neither clarified my name nor told me how to get the credit.

Today I visited this store and the treatment I received was real I ordered on line and somehow ended up in michigan the manager took great pride in chastizin me and then informed me it was my problem to fix. Laugh and stated your card will be charged good luck getting that fixed Then stated the other store is stuck because I opted to pay cash And said people like you are why this store only takes cards .and then said good thing I didn't order from other store up the road She would have sent me there to fix problem .if all of this was not bad enough she was in the middle of a new hire as this young man left she turned to two employees in the Back and said. I asked the employee to put in the order for me since I was already there they refused and asked me to put the order online. I put the order online at 7:08 and I had to ask in employee to confirm that they received order in order to start making it because they hadn’t started. I waited 24 minutes for my order to finally come out. I ordered plain wings on the website however it managed to pur bbq wings instead. I told them about the mistake. They were nice to put in another order of plain wings. So I waited another 10 minutes then an employee came back to tell me that the owner will charge me for the second order as well because it was my mistake. I told them to keep both orders.
