McDonald's — Restaurant in Spring Hill

1/1/18** pm shift .My family and I ordered food , it was made wrong. I Made a call into management and Arrangements where made to have food replaced at my earliest convenience . I followed directions to replace food 2 days later and i was denied my already paid food by a manager by the name of Ali . Ali had to actually try and call the other manager to see if it was true about my replacement food ( assuming im a thief. I suppose) after i waited 5 minutes for her to walk up front. I even offered to pay for my food again so my child would not have to wait any longer and just deal with the refund issue with original manager. I originally apoke with ..while mind you there are 10 hungry customer behind me waiting to eat.. I was told by Ali i was rude and she will not be serving me any food.and to leave her store . .. Obviously this is all on your camera McDonald's im sure I saw so many corporate infractions in 10 minutes it would even up set Ronald McDonald 😁 Ali has a severe lack of communication skills as well as she holds zero corporate leadership skills to be in her position. Tho i never want anyone fired thats too far IMO ..There is defitnly not a best practices corporate procedure for completing wrong orders for...

The service weighs heavily in my review because truth be told if you get your food it's great food. I've only ever ordered breakfast. The mocha hot coffee is my favorite but the machine is usually broken or they dont know how to use it. Each time I've gone I've had to wait a long time, today I never received my drink. It was the final straw. No pun intended. I waited 20mins parked at the third window, then parked in a parking spot and went in, they told me they were fixing the machine then another lady told me that I just missed her, referring to the lady bringing me my cofee, went back out and no one was there, went back in and was told I just missed her again, went out again, no one was there and went in again and was told she left my drink outside, went back out and saw nothing. Decided to leave without my coffee. In the past I've been accused of lying about what I ordered and was demanded to take my order, that I didn't order, I started getting my receipt after that occasion but they still don't deliver what I ordered🤷🏽‍♀️ I'm not an arguer so I'm not going back. I tried making it work by waiting longer than I've ever had to wait and being solution focused but even then they are not...

If I could give a negative star for this McDonald's I would. I have been here several times since it has opened and have never had a good experience yet. The food is either dry or cold and yup, never in the center of the bun. Today I ordered 2 salads and a filet of fish at the drive through. It took 5 minutes for the manager to come to the window to tell me "we have an issue". They did not have lettuce to make salads she offered to make them with shredded lettuce. I told her just give me the fish. She offered to comp me for it and said it would be right out. I was then asked to pull around and she would bring it right out. After waiting another 5 minutes I went inside only to find out that it was not even made yet. The manager told the guy to make it right away and he made 2 other sandwiches first. She told him to make it and even asked please 3 times! 5 minutes later I still did not have my sandwich as I watched in amazement the guy reading how to make a filet o fish sandwich as the manager tried instructing him. A total of almost 20 minutes! For 1 fish sandwich. I get home and it was dry and of course no where near in the center of the bun, and was even put in the box......upside down....
