McDonald's — Restaurant in Spring Hill

Ordered a SEC mcgriddle w/free hasbrown using my rewards. I was the only car in line right about 10AM I asked for a cup of water while I was @ the screen. She said they'll give it to you at the 2nd window. I pull up, didn't want reciept @ 1st window. Picked up food at 2nd window and had to address to the girl for a cup water a second time. (They wear headsets they can hear you ask for more items) she said "pull up for your water. "

"For water...?" "Yeah we have other orders coming so I'll need you to pull up it takes really long to make the drink" It takes 2 seconds. Press water button manually, boom. You have water and it doesn't mess up your line.

I didn't want to pull up for water, there was just me in the line and only one other car that just arrived when I pulled away from the order menu.

"Well I can't serve you if your not going to pull up, I have other orders to do." Like, young lady. Is that how you speak to a customer? I was patient with you but you were not and was really rude. I wouldn't have minded to pull up if you weren't so disrespectful. If had to go to work or take medicine with my food I would at least need something to drink with my food. If I was your parent/guardian coming through would you speak to me like you did me?

I felt unimportant as a customer and left. Then went to the other location in Columbia and asked for water. You charge 0.25 cents for water when I could have just got it free at the first location I went to. I don't know the girls name and will not describe what she looks like for privacy. But train your employees better and teach them to be respectful with their choice of...

Pull up to order station... McD employee male taking order...

his first point of contact. "Welcome to McD. Will you be using the mobile app?"

(Me) "No sir, we wi...." (Him) "What can I get you then?" (Me) "... will not." (Me) "Can we have a #2 with orange juice?" (Him) "Is that it?" (Me) "No, sir. We'd lik..." (Him) "What else then?" (Me) "... like a #3 with orange ju..." (Him) "Is that it?" (Me) "... juice." "No that's not it." (Him) "What else?" (Me) "Um.. ok. Yeah, we'd like a sausage mcmuffin.." (Him) "Is THAT it?" (Me) "... sandwich only.." (Him) "That it?" (Me) "No, that's not it. An additionl hashbrown, ple..." (Him) "Is that it?) (Me) "...please. Yeah, that's going to be it." (Him) "$25.09"

End of ordering part.

Drive up to cashier.

(Her) "$25.09." (Me) Hands over payment card. "Is your order guy having a rough day?" (Her) Hands card and receipt back over, just smirks ironically and doesn't inquire about what I asked.

Drives to food window.

(Him) says something inaudible. Never makes eye contact. Short-arms order out window.. when I don't immediately reach out to grab the bag from the drive through window it is thrust into my truck window. He's still looking into the restaurant. Takes an appropriate amount of time to offer 2 OJs. Says nothing and before I can say thank you... he's walked away, saying nothing.

I’ve been going here for a year and I have had issues with it the past year. The teens that work there are lazy I had one kid give me the wrong size and when I told him he switched it to a large put the soda from the wrong size and put more ice in it so now I ask for no ice. Now today they have done pissed me off. I’m a mom of two now so when I do have the lil money to spend on myself now I like to get a small meal I just got a drink and a cheeseburger who can mess that up. They gave me a cold bun with cheese ketchup and pickles. Like what in the world. When I called she was having a side conversation while I’m complaining and just tells me to come in and get a new one and I wasn’t sure cuz I don’t have my receipt and she was like yeah yeah come in when you can and I said ok then and she’s says with some sassss “BYYEEEEeeee” this McDonald’s is right up the street from me and ill be going to port royal cuz at least they make it worth eating. The food is always off here , they are sassy and rude and don’t care about there jobs. Don’t work at McDonald’s if you can’t do the simplest things as adding a burger in a bun. I also do have video...
