Subway — Restaurant in Spring Hill

Went here several years ago and ordered a 12" Steak & Cheese. When he asked me which toppings I wanted, I said, "Just some Southwest sauce and a lot of banana peppers and jalapeño peppers." What I got was nowhere near my idea of, "a lot," so I asked for more and he literally grabbed 2-3 little rings of each, added them, and started wrapping the sub up. So, I hadn't gone to this Subway since, but decided to give it another shot a few days ago.

I ordered another 12" Steak & Cheese and asked for Italian bread, but she said they only had wheat bread, which was fine with me. I asked for pepper jack cheese, but she said they were out, so I went with provolone cheese. Once again I asked for, "Just some Southwest sauce and a lot of banana peppers and jalapeño peppers." Once again, her idea of, "a lot" was very different from mine, and then she started moving down and asked, "Anything else?" I didn't even bother asking for more this time. since I was taking it home and knew I had plenty of both in my fridge. So, I just added more at home, along with some pepper...

Absolute worst customer service. I placed an online order for my husband, I immediately realized I forgot the cheese. I attempted to call the store to add the cheese but nobody would answer the phone. When I arrived I asked if he could add the cheese he said "you want cheese you pay!" I asked if cheese was extra on any sandwich and he said no. But if I wanted cheese I had to pay more because it was an online order. I tried to explain but he kept saying you pay more over and over, not even giving me a chance to speak. This subway consistently has terrible service, with many other sub options around I highly recommend one of the others. Over priced for what you get and rude...

A really disappointing establishment. Every Subway that I have gone to has made sandwiches with plenty of meat, usually in a few layers, making for a satisfying meal. When they made my sandwich, they only included ONE SINGLE LAYER of thin meat, and when I asked if I could have a little more, they curtly snapped back that if I wanted more, I'd have to pay. They told me I was already getting a deal as it is, and that nothing is free. Well, customer appreciation isn't free, either, and they failed miserably to earn mine.
