Starbucks — Restaurant in Spring Hill

I had a terrible experience here. I waited in line for 6 minutes without being greeted while one of the baristas talked to her friends about her personal life the whole time. Another employee from another department had to come and inform her about the line wrapping around the counter to get her to do her job. I ordered an iced coffee with espresso and light cream. Espresso here is $0.35 more than any other Starbucks. The lady that made my drink did not even measure out the espresso shot. She poured it from another cup full of espresso just with a guess pour that had been setting there. I was also charged $0.80 for cream, which I have never seen in my life. I contacted customer service and two other Starbucks locations after this and was told I should have never been charged for cream as coffee typically comes with cream. The young girl who made my drink was polite and friendly and I can tell she didn't like the confrontation. I can't imagine ever having to pay $0.80 for cream when coffee traditionally comes with cream. $6.80 for a grande iced coffee with a shot of espresso is outrageous especially when it comes with bad customer service. We waited 30 minutes. Ten minutes was them flirting with the guy in front of us. We ordered a Venti Salted Carmel Mocha Frappuccino. After waiting more time only to get a Peppermint Mocha. Went back up to counter to get the right thing. She just made some excuse and started making what we thought was right. We asked about the salted sugar. She said they dont have that anymore! What?? She walked over to the deli and put sea salt on top and said it was the same thing. NO IT IS NOT! They wouldn't honor our free drink coupon and dont take the app. We will not be back. This is the second time we have been there and both times had issues. Starbucks get it together. These people are representing your name. They need to learn the recipes of the drinks and order the right supplies...
