I am visiting from out of town and got in late, hence Taco Bell was the only food establishment open in this area. First inconvenience: you can’t order through Postmates or any other food delivery app so if you don’t have a car, you can’t get jack squat once the dining room closes. So, I had to grab an Uber to drive me a few seconds from my hotel to the drive thru just to have one of the most disgusting Taco Bell meals I’ve had to date. The woman (Cooper) at the drive thru was incredibly rude and said beans were unavailable. So, I still ordered a mexican pizza and cheesy gordita crunch sans beans thinking they would make up with a bit more ground beef. Well…that wasn’t the case at all. I got back to my room to find my mexican pizza with, no joke, less than a teaspoon worth of ground beef inside and the topping thrown together with a couple shreds of cheese which I could probably count with one hand. Then my cheesy gordita crunch was just as pathetic with a microscopic amount of beef as well. Literally pay your employees more or get rid of them because this is straight up embarrassing.

The line moved quickly. There were about 4 or 5 cars in front of us but we did not have to wait long at this location. Now we only had 4 times we ordered so I'm sure this helped but either way I've been to others where I'll wait 15 min for 3 items, so I was impressed with this location. The food was all accurate with what we ordered. My one and only fault was we did tell at the speaker we would like a hot and Diablo sauce but when we got home we didn't get any sauces. No big deal though. Overall we'll definitely be back.

My second bad experience in a row at this location. Last week I was missing 2 tacos from my order. Tonight I was given basically an empty taco shell in my order. The service wasn't openly hostile but they weren't necessarily friendly either. I'll give them a second star because it was at least fast, and the food that I received at least tasted good (minus the almost empty taco shell).

Went here to pick up a DoorDash around 10 pm Saturday night. Firstly, it smelled horrid when I walked in. While I was waiting to pick up my DoorDash order, the employees (cooks) were screaming over and over cuss words and homophobic slurs even when the woman working the window was taking orders, had the window open, and with me standing in the lobby. I thought the older woman working the window was a decent employee until she walked to the back and said “why is someone in our lobby?(me)”. One of the cooks came to the front and told me I needed to leave and go through the drive thru. I told him I was picking up a DoorDash and asked if I could still get it through the drive thru and he said “we have a lot of orders you’ll have to go through the drive thru.” Would give 0...
