Of course, I attempt to go to old faith for Wendy’s and give me a burger. I first want a compliment another location for such a wonderful burger and a great experience. It is crazy that you go from one location to the other and have such a different experience. I pulled to the window. The system greeted me. I stated hello. They then told me to hold once they came back on The speaker I asked what was the all natural because I was looking for a healthy beverage. The person at the window then asks what does it say? I stated the drink description says all natural. She then tells me that it’s lemonade. I said OK let me get a number one double with extra pickles add mustard And then all natural. I get to the window to pay. The young lady asked me if I had a cheeseburger. I told her no I did not. I had a double. I’ve been pulled to the next window. They hand me my burger. I opened it and check it and it is a single cheeseburger. My receipt says that I was dealing with Lily as the host and Christine as the cashier. The woman at the window then tells me I did not say that I wanted that. I informed her that I did she repeated that I did not and began to argue with me about what I know I ordered at this point I asked for my money back. They gave my money back or at least I think because they told me they could not provide a receipt showing that the refund had taken place. I then stated to her it makes no sense to argue with the customer about what the customer knows they order she didn’t told me that she agrees to disagree because no one in there heard me say that. It is beyond insulting to not listen to your customer, and then blame them for the fact that none of you were listening. The burger was sloppy. It was filled and drenched in dressing. The vegetables were mine, and the customer service was peace. Poor the speed of service was great, of course because they were rushing people food, and throwing it together. I would definitely say this is not a good look for Wendy’s at all. It is amazingly sad how horrible service has become over the years with these businesses. You have these people with piss poor attitudes that don’t want their jobs but they go to get a check that they’re upset about and taking it out on the Customers. Just say that I am upset is a understatement. I was very hungry, but insulting me is more important than my hunger. Read moreWoah... so I ordered on the mobile app this evening just a simple baconator meal, chicken sandwich, and 10 chicken nuggets. When I got to the drive through there was one car in front of me. It took a while for them to take that cars order which ok things happen. My turn and I tell them twice I had a mobile order after waiting another few minutes. When the first car and I pull up to the second window we both proceed to sit there for over another 15 minutes waiting for thier food. Then when it's my turn to pick up I was given my drinks and without a word they closed the window and had me wait another 15 minutes before I was finally rudely handed my bag without a single word. Not a sorry about the wait or anything. As I sat there waiting for my food there were 3 workers just standing there on thier phones laughing which ok I don't care that your on your phone but then one worker is literally running around with thier head cut off trying to get peoples food and orders out. I've never been so frustrated with wendys especially considering I had ordered ahead of time on the app and it still took them a total of 37 minutes of me sitting in the drive thru to get me my food. I was so frustrated I didn't open all of the food before leaving and the order was wrong and rock hard. We ordered a baconator with no pickles and got a Dave's single with pickles and my chicken sandwich was rock hard almost burnt. You would think after it took so long that they would have gotten the order atleast right. I have worked fast food and I understand things happen and would have understood with some kindness but to have no communication from the workers or any kind of apology for the wait is just not what this place use to be and I feel awful for the one person in there busting thier butt while those others sat doing nothing while in the workers way. Read moreToday was better than the last few times I’ve been. I’m hoping the owners got rid of the night crew! The daytime crew was great! The night crew for several months now has been horrible! Three different occasions i ordered the Apple Pecan salad with chicken at night. First time got home and NO chicken, next two times I was told they were not making salads because they had only frozen chicken and were not thawing any out! Crazy! I just left! Can only imagine how many people they had told the same thing. I only went back today because it was lunch, but said I was leaving if they did it again! They had the salad and everything was right, chicken even still warm! So, that’s the only reason I gave four stars. I have always loved Wendy’s but they were heading in a bad direction as have three others just down the street and are now closed. I hope the owners got word and corrected the issues.
