Memo's Pizza & Restaurant — Restaurant in Spring Hope

4 years ago up to the last year or so this place was the best around...fresh ingredients, quick ordering time, awesome service response. We literally use to order here 3-4 times a month, easy $200 a month lmao... we stopped ordering anything besides pizza a year or so ago after a very bad order of wings made us sick. We only order pizza from them now and only every so often as the pizza is hit or miss But lately it seems the the quality of ingredients and the service has gone down hill, perhaps covid has hurt them as being busier or not many employees to cover shifts. We ordered 3 pizzas online and pizza was not ready until 21 minutes after the time we were advised it would be ready, after I complained about it the cook basically seemed to rather argue about the timing. I get it, sometimes things happen that alter cooking times, but 21 minutes AFTER pickup time when it takes 7-8 minute per a pie and still argue about timing with customer. I work way to hard for my money to argue over someone elses job, it is worth the extra few miles to drive and get pizza elsewhere for us. Most recently we had pizza delivered and it was cold and 1/5th of pizza seemed to be crust or just a huge lack of cheese/ingredients covering majority of pie. I really hope they get back to the original ingredients or quality of ingredients (perhaps supplier issues idk) and friendly service they use to provide because when they were on it, like noted above, they were the best...

First things First. I live around 10 minutes away from this place and their Pizza/Food in general has always been astoundingly good and never fails to taste amazing. However. Their service..is less than lackluster. I went in their with my Fiance and we sat down to eat only to have to wait for what felt like forever for just our appetizers let alone the main dish. Ontop of this, a woman who was working their had also brought her 2 daughters with her. LET IT BE KNOWN THEY WERE ATLEAST FRESHMAN. Now I have no issue with the fact she brought her daughters my issue is with the fact they acted as if they had no home raising. They were walking into the back kitchen and throwing food at one another and would proceed to CONTINUE to throw food at one another while INFRONT of other customers (not including me and my Fiance) not only were they throwing food at one another while walking back and forth from the kitchen to the Dining area, they were also being incredibly LOUD. I love this places food I do; but ever since this happened? I absolutely refuse...

I was really happy to see these guys open up. Lord knows Spring Hope was in desperate need of more restaurants and especially a pizza place. I have dined in on multiple occasions and gotten take out at least a dozen times. The workers are very friendly and helpful and the food is great. Their pizza, subs, wings, etc are all good. I have taken my kids and they love it. The employees helped split up orders of food without prompting for my kids to share without fighting. They will ring you up for specials you didn't even know about that apply to your order to save you money and I always walk away feeling like I got my moneys worth. I really hope they stay in business and I know I will do my part by giving them...
