I am not one to complain often but the experience at Chili's was one of the worse tonight, starting with drinks, they had no lemonade apparently, The food was taking forever, even the chips and salsa took at least 15-20 minutes and there was like 2-3 people? It was empty. I went into the restroom to wash out, the bathroom was freezing, there was a floor sign in the middle and it was quite dirty and really bad smelling, (which bathroom, I get but the main concern was how cold it was) We got our app, we told them to have it plain, they put onions on the fries anyway. Then the regular food, they gave my food with her food as the only side tray, so hers took another 5-10 minutes, she finally got hers, rest of hers was ok except the side tray had something she didn't want, ok fine. With mine, there was no parm, I asked for that and more Alfredo because the pasta was literally dry, and I heard the chef or someone back there almost yell and say "Oh come on" (Wasn't sure if that was towards us however) and on top of that the chicken was really cold, but I was so fed up, so I was like whatever, so I get to the end of my food, and I find a few hairs and I am like ... so I call the manager over and after explaining he took mine off the bill, perfect, however the 2 for 25 came with 2 deserts with a coupon we had for another, and somehow the desert was still on there even though it was showing up on the rewards, manager took it off, fine ok, (we also got charged for drinks which I am not sure if it's only the 3 for 10 but I think the drinks were supposed to be included as well, but don't quote me on that) we pay with a giftcard I got for my last birthday, and there was 55 cents left, I was gonna give the waitress a 15% tip of the cash I had in my wallet and she tells me "It's only 55 cents on the card, don't worry about it" and storms out with a attitude about it, like ok. If you're gonna be like that, you're not getting a tip at all, even though I should of not tipped in the first place, after that we notice the chips and salsa charge was on there on the way home and I was like "Guess, that's her tip" but I do have to say, the food was good for the most part, despite why the 2 stars...
Read moreSCROLL TO BOTTOM FOR WARNING! I went here with my mom for her birthday dinner. We were sat quickly which was a plus, and our drinks were brought to us in a respectful amount of time, however good service after the drinks ended promptly. I will also mention the drinks were about the only thing we enjoyed too. We ordered the combo appetizer with wings/quesadillas/awesome blossom and I SPECIFICALLY requested the sauce to be paired with the awesome blossom. (I personally love this sauce not just for the fried onion, but for my quesadillas that come with my salad too) We waited (very hungry) for about 25-30 minutes to be served with our main courses, obviously confused and wondering where our appetizer was. The waitress was sweet, but made no effort nor apology to fix this major issue. She instead just brought the appetizer out and plopped it down along with our meals. My moms food was all completely cold and inedible, clearly forgotten by our waitress. My quesadilla sides that come with my salad were cold. The chicken was too. My mom sent hers back only to be returned, clearly microwaves about 10 minutes later. This was just enough time for us to realize our appetizer was wrong and didn’t have either the fried onion OR the sauce I specifically requested. I brought this up to the waitress and she debated with me whether or not I actually ordered the awesome blossom/fried onion. This was rude, but whatever. She made no intention of comping any of our messed up food. She made no intention to make anything right. I still gave her a tip because we all have bad days at work though. I understand but I just won’t ever return back here. !!!WARNING!!! I found images of this restaurants disgusting, disturbing kitchen and I definitely won’t be returning. (Ever).Check in...

Sometimes it's the simple things that make some thing extraordinary. Everything about my first experience of ordering from Chili's was a delightful surprise. They were beyond on time. Contactless delivery barely took 15 minutes. But the very best part was how everything was packaged I've gotten delivery from places, where I spent far too much money, like, Red Lobster. And Things were just a mess. Items were missing. Entrées were split up into little boxes. It was just a confessing mess. Contrast that with what Chilies did….Our Clearly Marked, separate containers contained everything in 1 box that went with our piping hot entree; protein, vegetable. potato, etc.. Soups, Salads, appetizers etc. were packaged carefully, separately. They even included reheating directions. I know it may seem like I’m making a big fuss over nothing. But I have lung disease. It's hard for me to get out. So when I order delivery it's often for a special occasion because I'm too ill to go in person. So it truly was a delightful experience, and Frankly a relief, to Actually get everything I ordered, exactly how I ordered it. I especially loved getting Exactly what I ordered. . It’s not that hard to do. And yet it so rarely happens that I was pleasantly stunned. After so many disappointing experiences, we truly were surprised to have a wonderful delivery experience. By the way, everything also tasted delicious. We will definitely order...
