Smooth trip to pick up a couple of sandwiches. This drive-thru was very crowded but I have seen it worse. I think I am reviewing the franchise at Belmont here. I was at the Wyomissing PA one two days later, so if this is for Wyo, then please disregard this comment. How this drive-thru is positioned allows people to cut around the lot of the other food business that shares the pod where CFA is located and cut in the CFA drive-thru line. The car in front of me was being courteous and waiting at the stop sign, allowing a place for the other business' drive thru traffic to exit. In order to maintain a means of egress for the other restaurant's customers, CFA customers are left vulnerable to line-jumpers who come from the right, having skirted CFA's line by going around the other business' lot. Please note that the food was delicious and I was able to download the app while I was waiting in line, so two birds with one stone there. Another weird thing about the traffic layout at Belmont is that after customers in the right-hand lane of the two-lane drive-thru give their orders, the two lanes merge back into one! I nearly cut off a pickup with TX plates without meaning to. The employee was able to relay my message of apology to the motorist...I had let him go in front of me after initial confusion. He replied likewise and indicated that he was also confused. One other note, as long as I'm writing an epistle: this restaurant is not open for...

This is the absolute worst Chick fil a I've ever been to from CA to NY. My family and I were on a trip and starving. We felt safe choosing a Chickfila. Service was normal. Except the person serving our food at the drive thru had huge herpes/ cold sore infection on her lip that was causing a large part of her face to look infected as well. Not sanitary or safe for customers. When we got our food we tried to shrug it off. Yhe lemonade tasted like nothing we ever had. It tasted old rancid. The bacon egg and cheese biscuits were disgusting so oily, with hard old bacon and dry old eggs. These are our favorite so super disappointed. We also had the chicken egg white and it literally made our care smell like cow manure. The chicken egg and cheeses was burned. The tater tots looked they had freezer burn and were fried anyway. With a bunch of crusty white stuff all over them and they smelled. We also had chicken minis which were the only thing that resembled a Chickfila meal but they were cold. The 4.6 stars for this restaurant must be by the employees or management, because it's not true. We ended up literally throwing away the $60 we spent on breakfast and had a car of unhappy kids, husband and mother in law. Really unfair. Get better. We're not a picky family, I never write reviews. But this was a horrible experience. There are so many bad reviews for this place for...

My experiences here have been pretty good at this location, no complaints. Today I went and got breakfast and the girl (Name was Caroline or something) working the drive-thru was a little rude at the window. Usually everyone is friendly at the CFA's I've been too, especially down south and the location in Exeter. She just said the total with her hand out, no greeting, and then when she handed me my food and drinks she didn't say anything when I said thank you. I expect this from McDonald's, but not Chick-fil-A, and even there most of the time they're friendlier than this worker was. As if this wasn't bad enough, she didn't put any ice in either of my drinks. I didn't request no ice. I didn't notice until I was home. I usually don't check my orders from CFA because they've always been accurate. I hope either herself or management turns this around. I'm not expecting backflips when I get my food but I expect ice in my drink and a "your welcome" certainly wouldn't hurt. Hopefully I'm dealing with someone else next time I go to this location. Overall, food is always good, can't go wrong there.

Update: Originally put three star now it's a 1. Tasted the drink and it tasted like complete garbage. Wasn't even sweet tea. I don't even think it's even unsweetened. She should be fired ASAP. Good thing McDonald's is...

I love Chick-fil-a and I have never really had any issues worth writing a review about, hence the 4 star rating. However, my last visit there I ordered the chicken sandwich meal and a side of cheese sauce for myself. When I got to the drive through window I requested an additional cheese sauce. They told me that they were out... I know this wasn't true because I had just placed my ordered moments before without issue. I think at the end of the night when the cheese sauce gets low they reserve it for either mobile or in person orders so they don't have to make anymore. I have worked in the food industry for almost a decade and I know how it can be, but at least don't make it so obvious that you're lying. This was the first thing... no biggie. I got home and opened my sandwich and it was despicable. I can't say it was even half the size it should be and it was not breaded correctly. Most of the bites I took were just bun. You already know I'm coming back but come on!

It was "My Pleasure" to experience the marvelously orchestrated drive-thru of this newly built restaurant. They tore it down and filled it back up to revolutionize the way that they can provide great food in a speedy manner. While in the drive-thru, I helped enforce the traffic laws, I also saw a fellow crime fighter just ahead. A good crime fighter knows a good chicken sandwich. Manager Walt not only takes care of the customers, but also the fine employees of this establishment. While I was driving through the car port, I witnessed Walt calling the team members back inside to keep them from the incoming thunderstorm. Walt prevents from having wet and soggy Chick-fil-A team members just like Batman prevents crime! Turns out, Batman is Walt's favorite superhero! Keep up the great work, Walt! Also shout out to Emma who expeditiously brought the food to the Batmobile.

Me and my granddaughter have been going here once a week forever. Ever since they upgraded the store the service is wonderful but the food is horrible! We do breakfast hash browns are always in crumbles and everything is cold! Today I changed because the mini sandwiches are always torn and missing meat so I got a burrito and it was a horrible mess and cold so cold the cheese didn’t even melt! I guess we need to find another place to go! What a bummer!
