I love Chipotle’s food, there is absolutely nothing wrong with Chipotle as a chain. HOWEVER, this chipotle needs their entire staff fired.
I walked into this restaurant at opening and the restaurant was a mess, chip bags everywhere, all over tables and the pickup shelf, the drink bar trashed, crumbs all over the floor and tables, chips on the floor, I literally had to second guess myself because of how messy it was, but sure enough they had just opened 5 minutes prior.
Now my first order here was a chicken burrito with some fixings, the fixings and everything are great, that’s a given at chipotle. However the chicken was very dry.
I went up to the counter to see if my order was ready to which the young Hispanic woman at the counter on 12/27/24 rudely in a monotonous voice told me that the food was being made, no apology, nothing. It seemed as if she gave me attitude just for even being here and trying to pick up my food. It really seems like.she just straight up hates her job and frankly she shouldn’t be working here.
I noticed everyone else got their orders first and my app said that it was ready. I even saw the girl mentioned previously hand a bag of food to another employee first who was standing in front of the counter scrolling social media, while they talked.
It was only after I walked up to the counter to which she asked my name and when I said my name to the Hispanic girl (still having attitude) she literally had the bag behind the counter (which the app said was supposed to be on the pickup shelf, which was full of chip bags and food trays mind you)
This is my first time in store and honestly I’m very disappointed.
EDIT: they added 200 points to my account (that’s enough for one singular tortilla) I’ve since removed...
Read moreI’m not usually one to leave reviews but I’ve had it with this location. As MANY people have mentioned, when online ordering the orders take forever. Our order was suppose to be ready at 7:40pm, and it wasn’t ready until 8:30pm. It wasn’t a large order, it was simply a burrito and a bowl, there’s no reason that should take an hour. Speaking of the burrito, what I received was not a burrito but rather a folded up tortilla. Clearly whoever made this doesn’t know how to roll a burrito which is comical. How does a Chipotle have someone making burritos who doesn’t actually know how to make burritos.
Again, as MANY others have already mentioned, the staff is rude, the place is constantly dirty, they are always running out of ingredients, soda syrups aren’t refilled in a timely manner, soda machine is out of ice, and the food itself if subpar. Sometimes the rice is undercooked, sometimes my bag of chips has literally 6 chips in the bag, sometimes the burrito is so small I can fit it in the palm of my hand. This location SCREAMS poor management and the sad part is they don’t care and aren’t willing to do anything about it because it’s in a high traffic area.
I’m hoping with the new one opening in Exeter, and the other location in Temple, people are willing to drive a little further to support another location so that the management at this store finally does something about the clown show they are running. I’ve been to many chipotles, I managed a pizza shop for 7 years and I can’t believe someone is actually profiting from this store. Management does not care and you can see that as soon as you walk in. To the Chipotle Google Admin: don’t bother sending me a link for feedback, the link takes you to a technical support...
Read moreTruly disappointed with the service and whomever the guy who was making the burritos was super rude (dunno his name since he appeared to not wear a name tag) when I questioned the double meat on my fiancés chicken bowl, yes she got double meat but he proceeded to put three full scoops of chicken on her bowl. I got what appeared to barely be one scoop of chicken, I also got carne asada on it and of course that was light too. I questioned him on it and he said yeah it was double meat on the bowl. I said about the poor portion size and he proceeded to simply walk away and said ahhhh very dismissively. No one decided to remedy the situation food wise for me, they appeared to intentionally not charge for the double portion of chicken and atleast that was something that was done. The customer service of the mystery burrito maker was pretty awful and as someone who works in the customer service industry and is a leader, would never treat a paying customer that way whether I agreed with them or not. I will say it seems you ripped off on meat if you do not get a bowl and get a burrito.
I’m giving two stars for the rating because I do appreciate the other two employees trying to make a bad situation better, but the burrito maker easily gets zero stars for his attitude and extremely poor customer service skills & simply not caring by...
