IF YOU OR YOUR CHILD IS NEURODIVEGENT-Don't waste your time here. They provide no students support. Got a loan to cover the majority of my student loans that FASFA wouldn't cover. Spent several hours in financial aid making sure everything was set up properly for it to fall flat in my face and have her tell me it's my fault that the FASFA wasn't finished properly when she told me everything was all set and I went over it all within the office my freshman semester.I was forced to pull another student loan out on top of my initial loan for my 1st semester. I had to take the following semester off for a family death because my grandmother was dying of ALS. Decided to go back for another semester afterwards just to find out I can't get any financial aid nor pull any students loans when I initially had over $40k approved. Was forced to withdrawal from the university because I couldn't afford to pay my second semester tuition out of pocket. So I've been paying a 10k loan off for 5 years from my first semester and I'm currently dealing with collections for the rest of the loan I couldn't cover initially and forget trying to set up a payment plan with the university. They add "fees" just about every couple months. I just got a $500 fee on top of my remaining balance when over half of it's paid off and that's the most recent "fee". Please go to any other college I know several people who have been screwed over by this university including myself. It's not worth wasting...

First and foremost I would like to thank all of the staff at Penn State Burke .. From the orientation to moving in process and financial aid . It was all five stars .. Most of all I would like to give a shout out to my favorite librarian Paula 👍 .. From first day at orientation when I met her with my son she was awesome .. My son has gone back to her to ask her with questions and what procedures to take on succeeding and from what he tells me she’s nothing but smiles and full of helpful information ..TY . Along with the tutors they have set up that my son is constantly taking advantage for the extra help that is needed to succeed . Awesome ! It’s tough as a parent to send your Child out into the world without you being there overseeing their decisions everyday from 18 years , but knowing that he is at Penn State Burke with people that I’ve met I feel like I have family over looking my sons process in succeeding . Thank you Penn...

I love this campus. It is a campus where you can get nearly all of the perks of going to Penn State, but with smaller classes and professors who, generally, care more. There are plenty of 4-year degrees so that you needn't transfer to main campus if you don't want, and plenty of programs that make it easy to transfer. There are also many resources available to a far smaller group of students that make them more readily available and able to be tailored a bit more to anything you need. I personally am fond of the fact that many of the professors in my major (Business) are not people who went to school to teach, but people who were (and often still are) in related fields. This allows them to teach you what actually matters rather than all of what some book says you...
