Blue Bottle Coffee — Restaurant in Spring Valley

I genuinely tried to give this place a fair chance, I’ve tried it 3 times now and tried varying item…but man oh man is this place UNDERWHELMING, and when you’re paying $8-10+ for a drink it should be high quality and amazing. This was the furthest thing from great, it sadly wasn’t even “good”, just a massive disappointment each time. My latte drink was mostly oat milk and the matcha drink was mediocre but the quality of matcha was at least good, im not sure if its the employees crafting the drinks, or this is just genuinely what blue bottle can muster up… but there’s nothing to write home to mom about with these drinks.

Oh, and don’t get me started on the service, it took almost 17 minutes for 2 drinks to be made the third time we tried this...

First visited in a San Francisco alley in 2009 a Blue Bottle Coffee in Las Vegas has been long awaited, and although prices have more than doubled over the last 16 years for Drip or Coldbrew the sourcing and roasting remains unmatched. Tucked into the Uncommons parking is simple and for those who prefer to brew at home the 10oz "Three Africas" blend for $13 is a major upgrade on anything else you're buying locally for...

Great place, one of my favorite coffee spots in Vegas. Only complaint is the long lines and they’ve gotten my order wrong before and one time just completely forgot it. I’m used to waiting for a while in here but after 20 minutes I finally asked and found out they hadn’t even made it yet. Somewhat frustrating.
