Overall: 4.4/5
There are 3 separate parking structure with free 2 hour parking and street parking around the Uncommons. It was a short stroll from P1 parking structure to Todo Bien and we got to see some live music on the lawn right in front of Todo Bien. We did a walk-in for three on a Saturday night and were seated right away. The service is a bit slow since they were completely packed but still good overall. When you walk through the huge doors, it's like you're transported to another place. It does not look like a tiki bar to me but I'm not complaining since this place is a vibe. Whoever designed this bar had an eye for aesthetics. I love their coasters and menu as well. In general, they have a good variety of drinks and all their specialty cocktails had such a distinct character to them.
Todo Bien ($20): Spiced tea infused Patron, lemon, lime, grapefruit, agave, and sumac. This drink looks exactly like the menu picture - teapot with a tea cup. The drink inside was iced though and became watered down the longer you leave it. Is it strong? No. I think they need to update their strength legend from 3 to 2. This cocktail had the subtlest flavor profile out of all the drinks we've had here as well.
Li Hing Hula ($19): El Tesoro Blanco, Li Hing Mui, mango, citrus blend. I took a small sip so I can't really speak to the flavors in depth but it just wasn't a memorable drink for me.
Night Fishing Taxi ($19): Rice & ginger infused Espolòn Blanco, lime, thai-spice honey, bangkok betty bitters. This was the most interesting drink we'd have ever tasted. It's suppose to be an Asian-inspired cocktail based on the ingredient list but it literally tasted like a taco/burrito in a drink form. I thought I was crazy but the other two concurred with me. We were shooketh. It was very intense for sure and woke me up.
Solar Flare ($15): Stone fruit infused Dos Hombres Mezcal, Trés Blanco Tequila, Velvet Falernum, Mac nut orgeat, passion fruit, firewater. This was very spicy to me which I think is from the firewater. I like the flavor, but I couldn't handle that spicy aftertaste.
Zorro ($19): Producer Mezcal, Guinness reduction, chocolate, orange bitters tobacco bits. I surprise myself when I say this was actually my favorite drink at Todo Bien. The mezcal tasted very clarified and smooth. It's a very well-balanced drink but the portion size was small (less than half the glass). The strength legend says it's a 5/5 but it was more like a 2.5-3. It is a sneaker though where it doesn't have a strong alcohol taste but your body is feeling some type of way.
Seven Serpents ($19): Abasolo Whiskey (first 100% Ancestral Corn Mexican whiskey), Nixta, Démerara, angostura bitters. This Old Fashion has a unique taste but not one that I cared for. It was stronger than Zorro and Night Fishing Taxi and also has a 5/5 in terms...
Read moreRegardless if you have a private party or are sitting on the left 25% of the bar, you will have the slowest service in all of Las Vegas. Solid atmosphere, but the service leaves a lot to be desired.
We had reserved seating due to a birthday party and the waitress was asked 3 times for a drink before having to get up and ask again. This was over a 20min period.
I then attempted to grab a drink from the bar and stood for another 15 minutes with no service.
The bar is separated into two sections, the serviced bar(bar top) and the servers station(lowered section/roped off). This is standard at just about every bar on earth. I was standing at the serviced bar where stools are placed to no avail.
I gave up, moved on, and attempted one last time and stood at the corner section of the bar near the door. 10 minutes go by, no service or a simple, “I’ll be right with you”.
The reply mentions following protocol when I was standing at the bar that was being serviced, not the servers station as you physically couldn’t due to….you guessed it, a rope. Check your camera footage if available.
After the false claims by management, I will never recommend this establishment and deter anyone who insists on...
Read moreThis place is aesthetically cute but omg service was just super slow for it being a tiny bar. Service also threw my food away (leftovers from dinner at Amari). We went to take pics at the mirror by the front door… and I went back to grab my bag (within like 3-5 min) and they had already thrown my food in the trash. I was pretty annoyed that they threw my food away instead of just lifting their head and asking me or just holding for a min or 2. Again, a reflection of their service.
Drinks were ok. Not really strong at all. Mine had a whole batch of cilantro in it. It was insane. Huge waste and not really aesthetically pleasing. I switched drinks with my GF m bc it tasted like pure ginger ale with barely any alcohol.
It was also super cold in here. They had the AC cranking. We were all cold and lots of people were putting on sweaters. That’s the reason for a 3 on atmosphere.
Overall we didn’t enjoy our experience and...
