I went to a private event at this establishment which lead me to want to come back & visit. BIG mistake. Starting with the service, we came on a Wednesday which was ladies night. My party of 6 ordered a few rounds of drinks which every time took over 20 mins to get them. If we weren't having such great convo we would have left. Once we decided to leave, It took an additional 35 mins for our check. Since our last round of drinks took so long the waiter stated he would take them off our bill. Great!
When we all finally got our separate bills he did not provide me one. Being that it was my bday I assumed my tab was paid (my mistake) & my last drink was taken off so to my understanding I paid everything.
Upon walking out, a friend and I stood in front of the restaurant continuing our conversation. The waiter approached me and stated there was a balance due. I apologize, went in to rectify everything & that's when it was insinuated that we were trying to leave w/o paying. This man got VERY disrespectful & even called us "GHETTO " which lead me to believe that's why our service was so terrible.
I asked this man for his name and he refused & his pettiness became maximized. The general manager came over & deescalated the situation& the waiter kept going & even the bartender tried to gang up on us . This man (the waiter) was so rude and mishandled us so terribly that he gave me back the wrong debit card with my receipt. Mixing up customers personal information is NEVER ok.
Although the general manager apologized & invited me back to make things right (which I appreciate) I declined because there's no way I'd feel comfortable in this establishment EVER! I didn't even get to order food because the drinks took so long. I am confident that I will never eat or drink here, nor recommend this place to anyone I know.
It's very unfortunate I did not receive the same Treatment I did when attending the private event. Moving forward, hopefully this will be a learning opportunity for current and future employees. Telling a customer ,"I don't like serving ghetto people anyways". Is NEVER ok.
P.S. tried to call back and find the rightful owner of this debit card but had no luck from...

As you walk in, the restaurant's captivating aesthetic greets you—a sophisticated blend of sleek modern design and rich Mexican heritage. The setting is not just visually appealing but extremely inviting, creating the perfect backdrop for an exquisite meal.
The menu is a treasure trove of culinary delights. I began with the “Ceviche de Langosta,” a refreshing and flavorful starter that was both delicate and bold. The real highlight, however, was the “Ribeye A La Parrilla.” Cooked to absolute perfection, it was tender, juicy, and packed with deep, smoky flavors that delighted my taste buds in every bite.
Side dishes like the “Esquites de Trufa” and “Frijoles Charros” were equally satisfying, adding both comfort and elegance to the meal. And just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, the “Churros con Cajeta” for dessert proved to be the perfect sweet finale—crispy on the outside, dreamy on the inside, and paired with a delectable caramel sauce that was to die for.
Pairing your meal with one of their expertly crafted cocktails, such as the “Mezcal Margarita,” elevates the experience even further. The drink menu is thoughtfully designed to complement the food perfectly, offering plenty of options to suit different tastes.
The service at Seimpre J.B. is top-tier—courteous, knowledgeable, and attentive without being intrusive. It’s clear that the staff here are passionate about what they do, and they truly go above and beyond to make your visit special.
In summary, Seimpre J.B. offers an extraordinary culinary journey that is both unique and utterly satisfying. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply in the mood for an upscale dining adventure, this new hotspot is...
Read moreKind of a let down.
The food was okay, the crudo was unreal & our filet was great, the other food & cocktails we had seemed like they were missing ingredients, our cocktails tasted flat (when they had soda in them) and also lacked the citrus components that they listed on the menu. Our tacos were dry, so painfully dry but we had no salsa to put on them and no one to ask for more. The service lacked HARDCORE, I want to give this server the benefit of the doubt, but on several occasions he kind of shot himself in the foot. Upon taking our order, he made the mistake of telling us he’d course things out the best he could and that we need not worry because he didn’t forget anything — and then they forgot our sides and we never worried like he said until we finished all of our mains and he never came by to find out about it and when he approached us when we were done he said “oh you’re slowing down” to which I let him know “yeah and we never got our sides?” and he just said he’d take them off the bill. He’d only approach the table if our drinks were EMPTY and checked on our food once after the first group was sent out and then immediately after our filets were set down. Other than that we never saw him at our table. He seemed to be the only server, but even the bartenders and busser would approach and help at other tables but never ours. At the beginning, he introduced his busser as someone who would be assisting him, the girl NEVER returned to our table, we had to ask him for more water as we got the filets and he obviously delegated the task to her, but she came back and half filled 1 glass out of the 4 and then left, we had to ask the food runner to take dirty plates when she’d drop off new food because no one else would so we had to stack them to make it utterly noticeable we were done.
$370 for 4 people for bare minimum service and some(!!!) good food. The restaurants really beautiful though just wished that made up for the $430 we just spent altogether. Will...
