This is the 3rd time my family and I have came here to order food and Everytime we order a young African American woman takes our order. She rushes you to order and when your trying to finish ordering she pretends she can't hear and tells you to go to the first window. Gives you're price then takes money and when you ask if she got everything you wanted she won't unfortunately then she'll tell you "you'll have to go back around". This is the 3rd time it's happened and that's not right for her to take her time and get our order correctly the first time without attitude. We told another young man at the 2nd window and he just had the same attitude as her. So we asked to speak to the manager and lord and be hold he had the exact attitude they both had rushing instead of listening and making sure there customer had it there way (as the so called slogan says). A manager should always make sure they deecalade the situation instead of treating the customer exactly as there employees did then maybe there won't be any situation or maybe your employees would have better customer service then what they do. The simple fact that we watched them through our window and seen that he grabbed the fries from a different area then where the fresh fries were was unbelievable! After that while we were eating we found hair and black stuff in 2 of our burgers. None of the women employees had hair nets no wonder they ended up in our food. My pictures aren't good but I've taken pictures to prove how disrespectful and disgusting this experience at this burger king was. I would definitely like my refund but didn't receive no receipt of purchase just like the other 2 times we came. Total was $20.11 3 orders of 2 for $5 and a large fries. I decided to give this Burger King another try in 2022, and it was yet another disappointment. I ordered a large share (listed on the app), only to be told they only had small sizes available that day. After receiving my food, I waited an additional 10 minutes for the shake, which arrived in a non-shake cup.
As for the burger, I took a picture of it at the time, and looking back at the photo later, I genuinely thought it resembled a used diaper. The taste didn't make up for it either—just as underwhelming as my previous visit.
Drive thru cashier couldn't handle the small three car line and what appeared to be no one inside. Between literally being ignored throughout the entire transaction, my request being ignored when the order was placed, and not fulfilled, her making me reach into the window to hand her my credit card instead of making any effort to get it from me with my hand halfway to her window, then being ignored after she hands me a bag without saying a word and goes back to take the next order, it got to the point I had to yell "Am I waiting for anything else?" to which finally another employee came and gave me the rest of my order. All of the food was lukewarm and literally cold with the last bite. It was consumed within 10 minutes of getting it. There was no receipt in the bag, my order was wrong, and I'm pretty sure I was overcharged. $18 for the sourdough meal with a large shake to replace the soda with two regular whoppers. Read moreBe cautious of who you order from at this location/3485 S Rainbow Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89146. Two older Spanish ladies were working the drive-thru this afternoon, 05/16/2024, one named Maricela who claims to be the General Regional Manager.
My order consisted of two bacon whoppers, & three eight-piece chicken fry meals that were supposed to include three medium fries, & three small lemonades. Paying $29 for my order.
Upon returning home, & making the mistake of not checking my meal, I realized that we were only given one chicken fry, one medium fry, two whoppers, & a lemonade. Missing two chicken fries, two medium fries, & two lemonades.
When calling the establishment to politely inform them that there had been an error in my order, myself, & my wife were hung up on several times while speaking with Maricela. When she didn’t hang up she spoke over us the entire time, & never gave us a chance to even explain fully what had occurred.
She then stated that she was the General Regional Manager, & that if I wanted a resolution I would have to contact corporate, regardless if we had just left the parking lot or not. When I inquired about corporate contact information she swiftly rattled off the numbers, & halfway through me asking her to please repeat it, she hung up.
I’m not from Vegas but I have lived here for several years, & it’s a shame that we are in a day in age where there are people who feel comfortable scamming people out of money either for personal gain or because they are in a position to.
